If Aliens are really that smart............

You all heard what people say right? That ET's are a very intelligent and highly sophisticated species and that their technology is beyond our comprehensoin well if they're technology is so great how come every time they take a little joyride through earth they are spotted huh?

Shouldn't they have some cloaking device or something like that? (I think I've seen enough movies for today) or if they were captured on film couldn't they erase our memories or something (there have been numerous reports about people being abducted and forgetting it ever happened they just experience a loss of time)

Please comment I want to know If I'm crazy or not.

One theory I've heard is that anti-gravity propulsion uses such high levels of energy that it “charges” the gas around the craft while in our atmosphere. We know that gasses present in our atmosphere can be “illuminated” when enough energy is applied, so maybe this is the case? It might also explain why there are almost always lights involved, when it seems a bit silly that a craft would need lights for guidance with such high technology. Anyway, just one idea.

Hmm good theory I'll sleep on that.

So since the spacecraft has reactions to the earths envoirment could this mean that [planets inhabited by extraterrestrials are entirely different from our own?

I don't totally disagree with you, but who says they get spotted every time?
For all you know the next time you are brushing your teeth "they" will be watching from the other side of the mirror.

It is really impossible to guess what technology Aliens would have. All we have to go on are personal accounts, and who knows what is true or not.
Maybe when a craft is seen it is because even for an advanced civilization becoming invisible is impossible.
Also worth mentioning is that UFOs are not necessarily being piloted by aliens.

Hmm good point. Although the aliens could have let people see them on purpose (maybe part of some plan to comunicate?)

Infact if aliens do contact earth I bet the people will be horrofied especially the government since we humans are afraid of that wich we do not understand

chances are they don't care if they are spotted. Do you care of cows see you driving by? and yet do they understand you and what your doing? are you ever trying to hide from cows?

They simply cloak to avoid conflict, its not any big conspiracy or anything its just the most convenietn way to inspect a species or planet. Honestly you can see them all you want, but what are you going to do.. shoot them down? Obviously we failed to do that at the "battle of LA" and still woulnd't be able to do it to this date, so they don't have anything to be afraid of.

All supposed crashed vehicles were just that - crashed. Failed equipment or just plain mis calculation by aliens in which landed them in deep # in earth withotu an exit. Otherwise we'd never catch them.

So in conclusion they are smart, but maybe they just aren't afraid of you.

Yeah ok but what you said caused me to think.......If there are millions of planets out there and they are united (like for example the united states)
could they be trying to contact us to try to maybe just maybe join them?

I'm not usually a paranoid person by nature, per se, but this comment is just plain creepy. I'll never feel the same way towards mirrors again!

It isn't just the thought that ET's may be peaking in on us brushing our teeth -- it would still be freaky if someone across town could see through from the other side of my bathroom mirror.

Maybe that's why my supervisor has all mirrors in her house covered by sheets?.. (I never could figure that one out.)

I'm of the opinion UFO's are Earthly in origin.
I've said this before, but will happily reiterate.

The theory is 60 or so years old.
Putting theory to practice has taken time,
and a lot of money.

The craft fly better in a vacuum.

i believe that if these ufo sightings are real they are cloaked but somethings going on that uncloaks them. they might not even be aware of the uncloak if its a glitch. like the way the Mexican air force was surrounded by lights they couldn't see without looking threw their inferred cameras. but at times people claim they are looking at the clouds and poof a craft shows up and poof it disappears and never appears to have moved it left so fast. would you notice if the sides of your car changed color as you were driving? i guess it be like that.
i read on another post that our military has alien tech and sometimes while we experiment or mess up we send out some kind of unintentional jamming devise that re phases there ship into visual mode.
it sounds like a bunch of hunches but i guess thats what it is. i'm sure if the ocean fish were intelligent they would be coming up with some great stories about us too.

Yeah, and maybe who knows? Maybe the ET's are up there talking about us right now about how they saw wierd beings when they visited a little planet it's all possible

Off topic again. ~ My supervisor and I are pretty close, sometimes even outside of work. But she is still my supervisor and I never had the heart to ask why she covers her mirrors. It interested me, since I've never seen anyone do this before.

I'm forever curious as to the reasons why people do the things they do. (There's always a reason...)

On topic. ~ I feel that many UFOs are earthly-creations as well. But the history, stretching back for thousands of years on cave walls (before aircraft was 'invented'), doesn't seem to fit this theory entirely. There are too many holes left in the web for 'something else' to seep through. No?
