Requesting permission

I like to be creative with my computer and create things. Now I have found out that it's possible to create Igoogle gadgets and I want to design a gadget for the ATS rss feeds.

Just for the people who don't know what Igoogle gadgets are... they are little screens with information or games or other little usefull things that appear on your personal google page (comparable to widgets).

Can I get permission for this?
