Crop circle with a twist

This one was formed/reported yesterday. Its a bit unique, because it looks simple from a distance but has plants twisted in an intricate pattern.

Btw, I noticed something. It has 12 twists inside. The '|o' looks like a 2 in binary notation and the outer ring is 0, which makes a number 2012 !

I think the answer 2012 is really stretching the imagination a bit

Doubt it has anything with binary to do.

The 2012 theory seems slightly exaggerated, but it definately had me thinking for a few seconds!

What are 'they' (whoever 'they' are) trying to tell us? (2012? )

ok so presuming these are made by ufo's, what object/tool/technology do you think that they use?
or, maybe they dont use anything, maybe the designs are from the impression of the underside/bottom of their ships when they land they leave the same design thats on the bottom of their ship. has there ever been two cropcircles of the exact same design? anyone>?

Some crop circles are 300-500 feet or larger in diameter.

If it really was the underside of their ships making the crop circles dont you think a few people would have seen such large craft in the area of the crop circles at least once in the last 20 years or so?

A dot with a horizontal line beneath is a Mayan symbol for the number 6.

A single dot within a circle = symbol for the sun.

Not sure it means anything, just sayin.

One of the most common phenomina with crop circles is that theier are reports of strange lights in the sky around the area that some of these pop up in.

I used to give some wieght into crop circles, until i made one myself in high school

The unfortunate thing is if other being were trying to use crop circles to make some contact with us, they are one bad job of it.

These have evoled into an art form.

Looks like 12 objects orbiting a sun or star. As to the stick I'm not sure what to think of it, possible some sort of phase or cycle. Nice work though to whoever made it, I like the detail in it when you look closely. Must be tricky to make and again another perfect cc. Hmm when do they ever mess up....

I was watching last night, There was all kinds of crazy stuff flying around up there. The moon was totally invisible, so its easier to see the lights up there.

etshrtslr, even with that size i dont think that everyone will see them, granted some will see them.
plus, just because someone has seen a craft of that size, doesnt necessarily mean that they will come forward/go public. I mean hey, i wouldnt, not to mention the amount of questions that would be asked, the publicity and the possible threats i mean the list continues IMO i think its a lot easier to just not go public.

so presuming these intelligent beings (who have possibly mastered the art of space flight, and have been able to for the most part to remain hidden for decades) are not sending messages via wheat fields, then what could they be doing?
maybe they are simply Landing(!) if only for a brief moment. now i have no idea whats going on, i just figured i would contribute to the discussion and supply a new out take on the crop circle situation.

Are you entirely sure he isnt speaking of the Perseids Meteor Shower?
They are at Maxima at 12/13 August and there were a nice lot of them last night. I counted 28 in an hour.

2012 is far fetched..

But in all cases crop circles are a huge mystery. It's impossible they were made by man. If I review the reasons why I believe it's impossible it was made by man; some people saw UFOs in front of their fields when crop circles are formed, but never no one sees people actually making the circle, circles emate low radiation levels something a plank attached to ropes cannot do, some circles are so huge it's illogical to think they were man-made during a single night, they are stunningly perfect and show patterns that can only be seen when above the ground, no one ever finds foot steps in those circles that would prove that humans walked there, I don't think the farmers who own those fields would find it very funny to squish 500 dollars of wheat just to go on the local news for 2 minutes, I only heard of one story of people who immitated crop circles in the fields of farmers and their circles were very small, and easy patterns, and themselves admitted they didn't know where the other crop circles came from because they knew how much hard work it was to make a crop circle, and those other complex huge crop circles were impossible to make by men overnight even with a team of 12 people working full speed, I don't think it's possible that so many people worldwide would do crop circles it's illogical. Now, knowing it's impossible for humans to have made those, what choice is left? Uber high technology, or aliens.

I dont htink crop circles have anyhting to do with the underside of a craft. around most crop circles, some form of energy can be detected. and on a previous thread here on ATS, the one were the crop sircle was made in under 90 seconds or minuites or whatever, the theory was that it was formed by a flash of light or something. So IMHO, i think most crop circles are made from blasts of energy.

As for the binary thing... makes sense to me. Binary is, in fact, a universal language. it doesnt have to be ones and zeroes, thats just how we code it. it could any 2 symbols. again, im not sure if the 2012 thing is right or not, but this crop circle does seem a little bland... even with the swirls

Anyway i have read that crop circles are the equivalent of writing a single letter or word in a field and over a period of time you construct a sentence.

The individual symbol may only have a limited meaning, but if you pulled together a string of crop circles then and only then would you see the entire message.

I like that idea, it makes sense. but nevertheless, we cant even work out one symbol so i suppose we are a long way off decoding an entire sentence. but DAMN there have been ALOT of crop cirlces this year!! they seem to be happening every other day

Oh and to those that STILL believe those two old codgers with the plank and rope, really, do you research
