Ya they changed the format because it was failing badly... Now its completely free, and you earn "points" as you gain favor. With these points you
can littterally buy the parts of the game that arn't free
Theres tons of free dungeons, but theres also P2P ones, you can buy them with your own money, or you can play and save points, then buy them that
way... Either way you can own the entire game for free including all of the p2p adventures, but it takes a lot of time to get them all... i
currently have 2, and i'll be getting a third this weekend. And again i haven't payed a cent. I don't pay for games. I will buy one, but i
won't pay a monthly fee
After then revamped DDO it turned into a really good game, the action is amazing. That seems to be the only thing missing from WOW, but ddo is great
for melee and magic
