Subscriptions not updating

On my subscriptions page, none of the threads are updating when new posts are made. For instance, one of the threads shows the last post was made on 7/28, when in fact there were new posts today. It's been this way for a couple weeks now. Is this the place to bring it up, or is there some way to report a bug like this?

I've had that problem too. I usually fix it for a short time by deleting my cookies and temporary files. It only seems to fix it for a short time though. I just thought it was my cheap computer.
