Idiots like "loose change" is why the average person lumps most of us who believe there was something more to 9/11 in some wacko group. They need to grow up, review their facts and update their information.

i would say people who 'need' to have 100% of the answers are a bigger problem.
when analyzing a complex system, using fuzzy logic is superior to logic. logic REQUIRES all data fields to be complete and correct before a solid conclusion can be reached. fuzzy logic ignores unknowns, and builds a case on likelihood.

i've watched 'loose change 2', and most of what i saw and heard was dead accurate. i would say they are at least 80% correct. if the other 20% is wrong, i will not fault them.

out of curiousity, what is your earth-shattering homemade documentary that is better than loose change?

Thanks for posting this video. A lot of it is extremely damning and this guy seems to be telling what he believes to be the truth. While that doesn't mean everything he says is right and should be taken as proof towards any theory, it's still damning.

What a heart wrenching story. I just wanted to give the guy a hug when watching it or help him some way.

9/11 was such a strange day. I'm not from the US but I've lived there for a while, when 9/11 was taking place I had only been there for half a year and I had been back in Sweden for a good while. I remember getting a call from my girlfriend at the time to turn on the TV and I just couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I remember thinking it looked like a demolition, that they had to have had bombs in there (the newsguy even agred) and how I couldnt for the world of me understand where the plane was, where the debris of United 93 were, when they, the news crew, flew over the area. It's weird how soon I forgot my initial thoughts and just accepted the official party line as what to happened, I guess it was just, for me not even there, just..well too big to think about..that it might have been far from the truth.

Personally I don't mind the people who made Loose Change, that was the first video I watched that made me ask questions. I don't care that they had all sorts of stuff in the first video, "that they had stuff a 14 year old could debunk", it made me remember that day and it made me look into the subject. Also believe that was the point of the video, and a point they clearly got out there.

its often easy to see 9/11 in the larger context and as frustrating as it is for us here on ATS to see the lies and cover-ups, we are detached from the actual events by a immense margin compared to the people who lived through it. I can't even begin to imagine the torment which these people must live with every second of every day.

heart-breaking stuff.

What I would like to know is how this firefighter (Mr. Schroeder) would feel if he knew that the interview he gave was being pushed around the Internet on a video that plugs a web site (Infowars) whose owner has accused the FDNY of being part of the conspiracy?

On another note, I really do feel sorry for all the first responders that have been neglected by a cumbersome bureaucracy. It is definitely a slap to the face of all the people who we depend on to save our lives.

Yeah. That's the part that has come to amaze me. I don't know why I didn't see it at the time, but I've watched a number of TV shows about demolition crews and how they have to take great pains to make sure the building falls on it's "footprint" rather than falling foward, backward or to either side. That theoretically could just be a coincidence, but it certainly is suspicious, especially when all three buildings at the WTC fell that way.

PLUS, the tops of the buildings came down at uniform speed. I had a student who was a demolition expert with the army, and he said the floors below, which were intact, should have each slowed down the collapse as it came closer and closer to the ground, and frankly should have been enough to stop it well before it even hit the ground.

He did agree that the steel on the floors the planes crashed into probably gave way because the intense fire weakened the steel, as the 911 Commission report stated, and dismissed the idea that the temperature of burning jet fuel needed to be hot enough to melt the steel. The steel didn't have to melt to be weakened. That's why metalsmiths in the old world always heated up their metal -- because it made it softer and more pliable. It's just like taking a stick of butter out of the refrigerator. At first, it's pretty hard, but let it sit and get up to room temperature and it becomes very soft. It doesn't melt, but it is very soft. But he was very suspicious about the event as a whole.

But, yeah, now that I watch the tapes of the building collapse, it sure does look like a controlled demolition.

This really is an amazing video.

This man is telling the truth and any person with any common sense can tell that. We need more people like this man to come forward now.

I'm now interested in what the resident skeptics have to say.

No doubt they will debunk this as he is "crazy" or something similar.

But skeptics remember, he states what he saw.

Did you see it first hand?

I'd like to just list the important things to me from this interview:

1. The Muslim fruit salesman was not where he had always been every day since this guy started working House 10 in 1998.
2. He saw the plane hit WTC 1.
3. They were in the lobby several minutes (he says they were in the lobby for 5 minutes at least and they had to get there first) AFTER the first plane had hit (and several minutes before the WTC 2 was hit) and heard and explosion in the elevators and saw people come out of the elevators on fire. THEY WERE STANDING IN THE LOBBY AT THIS POINT.
4. They went up the stairs from the lobby of WTC 1 and got further than the 23rd floor.
5. When they decided get out of the building they could only go as far as the 3rd floor because the stairs had collapsed.
6. There was a dead body in a closet on the 3rd floor.
7. When they got back down to the lobby it was decimated - elevators blown out and lobby destroyed - but NO TOWER HAD FALLEN YET. Every window exploded out of the lobby. "It looked like a bomb went off in the lobby."
8. WTC 1 WAS COMING DOWN FROM THE INTERIOR...FROM THE INTERIOR. Like I've said, like I've said, like I've said. NIST data supports this...but they decided to draw conclusions in opposition to their own data.

P.S. Irrespective of my opinion of loosechange - this is an awesome interview. Not only because of the first-hand account and the information gleened, but to see the emotional impact to those that were there.

I wonder what would happen if more people came out like this, but more importantly, why they do not. Are they afraid no one would believe them? Have their lives and loves been threatened to remain silent? If you could get three of them to realize that each other one saw the same and was willing to come out, would the whole lot come out of the woodwork? Just what would people say if that happened, i wonder...

This man spoke out because his life has been destroyed by 9/11. He has lost his health, his "brothers," his job, his peace of mind. In his plain-spoken way, he explains this, and you can see that he has been broken by that day.

He knows this, he can barely live with the magnitude of his loss, and he speaks from anger but mostly from simply not believing that anything worse could come to him by speaking out. He's on the other side of worrying about that sort of thing now. You sense it, and this is what makes it so painful to watch.

Most people are not heroes; they hope to live their lives in peace and if shutting up about what they know--at least not going public about it--will save them and their families, then they will keep silent.

This man has literally nothing left to lose; it's tragic, he has the courage of the condemned.

Well said gottago, I'm tearing up just reading your post. Man why does this 911 thing seem so wrong on so many levels? How can some go on beleiving the official story?

It's as if the devil himself is playing all sides against each other and laughing all the way to the bank.

Wow...what a powerful statement. Maybe what is missing in this world is that we haven't all realized we're condemned. Maybe that's what has so many emasculated - simply not realizing we're already done in.

I'm going to guess that John thinks that Mahdi Hadi (spelling?) was somehow in the know since he didn't show up the day of the attacks. If the attacks of 9/11 were a secret government plot to CD the twin towers, then why did they give a normal citizen on the streets a heads-up warning?

Very many people who are witnesses have been paid not to speak.
Others are afraid to speak since they are probably very suspecting this was an inside job, and they have families and sanity to protect.

Then you have the people coughing up blood who are too weak to speak.

Then you have the ones who have been medicated with psych drugs since 9/12/01,
while also being 'treated' for what they witnessed, and we all know from previous events that people being 'treated' can have their perceptions altered by their shrinks.

Dig around for columbine massacre threads, those witnesses were intimidated by investigators to either not talk to anyone, or to change their stories.
Two were murdered in cold blood.

You also have people who were entirely complicit in the attacks, including whoever those guys were who did the "electrical" maintenance the weekened prior to the attack who we have NEVER heard from.

Similiarly the assasination of Tillman, or the rescue of that girl at the beginning of the Iraq war, you have how many soldiers and officials who have been complicit in the hoaxes and cover ups?

You also have the WTC security team under the direction of a Bush family member, we have Never heard from these people either.

Then how many FAA personal were involved that day and we have not heard their stories either. Why were FAA the records of that event destroyed?

Have we ever heard from the people who accepted the tickets of so called terrorists and let them on the plane? Supposedly some of the hijackers were searched or questioned. Where's the details on those events from people who actually had contact with these individuals?

Then we have FBI investigators who were prevented from speaking publically about how people at the very top stopped their investigations into the hijackers. These are technically witnesses, why have they been gagged?

Why do so many people look to the fruit salesman does this really matter it's almost as if people are not really listening to the truth this man speaks the only thing the debunkers look at is the comment about the sales man and he was in on it .It's funny I can see his point about why it was suspicious that he didn't show up for work seeing it was a beautiful september morning but I believe he just thought it was strange not that some how the salesman had advanced knowelege with that said ,

The truth is we see what we want to see by our belief in reality and experience all the debunkers want to do is discredit this witness and move on "nothing to see here " But my belief tells me there is plenty to see here and is just one more piece of the giant puzzle that is 911 .

I really don't care what the debunkers have to say about 911 or there opinions I don't base my reason of the events of 911 on there opinions I base them on the events that happened on that day and the testimony of the people who really experienced it I'm also more interested in what the government is not saying that to me says more than all the lies in the 911 commission.
I also believe more people would like to share similar stories but are afraid of being ridiculed but I do believe the public is starting to come to terms with the cold truth about 911 .I just watched The shooter with Mark Walberg and I don't know if anyone caught it but in the beginning of the movie he turns on the computer and says to himself "Let's see what lies they are trying to sell us today" and right in the forground low and behold the 911 commission report in plain site which he picks up right after and starts to read , Hollywood is starting to take small jabs in ther own way this is how it starts slowly as more people come foreward things will hopefully change for the better or at least get the average Joe thinking for himself.

This man deserves a medal , i was very moved by watching this video , i applaud him for comming forward and voicing his opinions. although actually being in such a horrific situation would not allow him to be as objective as one would like.

when in this position perception becomes distorted ..simple example.. we have probably all experienced things seeming to go in slow motion when something horrific happens to us..

He says the elevator shaft blew, this is consistent with government lines of fireballs rushing down the elevator shafts..

The non scrambling of defence by the americans .. sometimes i put this down to shock on a massive scale.

bodies were burning on the floor when he arrived so why be suprised to see a burnt corpse in a room a few floors up ..maybe an early victim of the initial impact desperatly trying to find a way out whilst on fire ..

However i am playing devils advocate somewhat.

like the recent video says .. 9/11 the greatest coverup never told..

at best it was shear incompetence ..at worst it was an inside job ..

To many facts do not add up .. my personal view is it WAS an inside job but not on the scale that some people would like to believe.

we all feel the need to explain what happens around us ... the worse a situation is, the more justification we need. the sad fact of our world is good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people .. sometimes its no ones fault, it just is ..

I know this post is slightly contradicatory but it is a state of mind i am in over the topic.

Maybe i refuse to believe any human being could do this to another human being regardless of motive. sadly history proves me wrong again and again ..

but i have to hold the hope that deep down we are ALL good people.

i saw it all live, i will never forget the day,hour and minute that forever changed my life and the fate of the world.

Actually it doesn't. I can tell by the audio that they're using synchronized isolated cameras. This is a common shooting technique where two or more camcorders shoot and are synced with a clapboard, flash or timecode. I agree that the audio was most likely uninterrupted. However I record and edit dialogue, and do audio post for a living. I think a well placed crossfade could take care of any audio glitches, those only happen when a cut is made on the 'zero volt' line, when a wave is neither in compression or rarefraction (sp?). I cut audio all the time to sound like it was one take. In fact, that's the way most movies are made up in the big leagues. That's why, I'm sure you know, directors say 'Silence for Continuity,' so they can get some background noise to help the audio post guys.
