So basicly they are going to use the water system against us? I'm safe then, I never touch the stuff. (except to shower.)

Now if they start poisoning the beer, I'll be the first to take up arms.

Then it is 40% of the population because 60% is still on well. That doesn't include all the imported bottle water drinkers.

And the video looks like a bad high school project.
