I have been to the site. I would say some could be considered quite short range, but most would be medium to long distance shots.

This also doesnt dispute the fact that the shooter was firing right handed and Bryant is left handed.

I still dont think Bryant had the skill or mental ability to pull off the shooting... Using his right hand while he was left handed... Using spec ops reload tactics... With an accuracy of a trained shooter...

No, but at the same time, reloading with one still in the chamber (STAR tactics) and head shots at a distance, during panic, with people running ducking and diving out the way, to me at least, suggests training that the convicted did not or could not have had.

And why has he never been interviewed or his side of the story heard?

There was definitely a cover up. Either he was trained and that was covered up with this "retardation" story, or someone else did it and they blamed him for it to cover up someone trained had gone rouge, or, it never happened.
