If/when it all comes out.

I was thinking that if/when the truth comes out that Aliens have been visiting us and a/some goverments knew about this, would they have broken any crimes, lying to there public for years, surely this breaks some laws ? So if the truth does can out, are people going to jail ?

In theory yes... most likely a great number of laws were broken continuously as a result of the cover-up and it's efforts.. but Vix, people aren't even accountable today for much more 'mundane' things, like waging wars on false pretenses.. do you think anyone is going to be held accountable for lying to the public about aliens?

Even if the people were to 'demand' such thing as accountability, the people currently in power would probably 'hide' behind protocols and procedures set in place 60+ years ago to which they would claim to have no responsibility.
