a farm in surrey has had over 60 animals test positive for foot & mouth disease and a 3km protection zone has been created. gordon brown has canceled his holiday to call an emergency cobra meeting to decide what measures to take.

some may remember the effect the restrictions had during the last outbreak. heres hoping it is an isolated incident
