Aliens Mind Reading

I was listening to Timothy Good on the Glastonbury Radio program Now That's Weird with Ross Hemsworth and he said that 'Aliens are on Earth and that they can read our minds'. So my question is how do you know if your mind is being read?

We don't even understand mind reading or if it is actually real or not in the first place so how are we supposed to guess how our minds are read? My aunt is a parapsychology teacher at the University of Edinburgh (sp?) and she has told me that even after all of their research there is still no solid evidence that telepathy or mind reading is real.

Fair point but i'm going on the assumption that Aliens exist, that their brains have evolved in such a way to be able to perform psychic abilities and that an Alien has read this or someone who has had experience of having their mind read and could give me an answer hopefully
