Just one thing to say-
If they can map them, they can arrest them.
Any attacks from these people will be the fault of the officials that haven't locked them up yet.
Lock them up for what? They haven't done anything. Just because they are labeled something by the government hardly makes them criminals.

National Public Radio reporter correspondent Dina Temple-Raston got the first ever media tour of the Terrorist Screening Center, where 50 analysts follow-up on hits on the nation's sprawling terrorist watch lists, but right as she entered, the TSC shut down the "Big Board" ...
...To get into the small, top-secret room where about 50 analysts from the FBI, Immigration and other agencies work, my escort has to punch a code into a small keypad and pull open a heavy steel door. He announces my presence by shouting a single word: "Uncleared."
With that signal, the flat screens in the cubicles around the room go dark. A giant, interactive map on a pull-down screen at the front of the office space switches to a nondescript picture of the center's logo.

The creation of the new Center means that all government agents will be able to run name checks against the same comprehensive list with the most accurate, up-to-date information about potential terrorists. That's how we can stop terrorists before they launch an attack."

Preliminary Investigative Report
Jamaat ul-Fuqra: Terrorists in Our Midst?
Currently, the organization appears to consist of over two-dozen “Jamaats,” or private communities that are loosely connected and scattered throughout the United States and has an estimated 5,000 members inside the United States. An investigation of the group conducted by the Colorado Attorney General's Office in the early 1980’s found that several of the JF communities actually operate covert paramilitary training compounds, one of which had been located in a mountainous area near Buena Vista, Colorado and another that has been identified through this investigation – their organizational headquarters in Hancock, New York.

US Mosques & Islamic Centers serving as paramilitary training centers for jihad
On Wednesday in Detroit, we saw the manifestation of events we warned about over two years ago:
“We’re talking about professional Muslim men, mosque leaders, leaders within our communities who are actually helping young men train for the eventuality of urban combat. They know what they are doing, yet they lie right to our faces about these activities- and we’re told by our supervisors that we have to accept what they tell us at face value when they know damn well they are lying.” -Federal source, speaking on condition of anonymity
