the great jewish agenda. There is no jewish agenda that we are sneaking into the lives of the unsuspecting non-jews. Jews have been scapegoated for years for any number of reasons. It goes back to ignorance and the inability of people to accept that they are responsible for their lives.

Jews are on a very small list of religions that have never tried to convert anyone. They live their lives, like everyone else does, with one small difference. They don't actively go out and try and get more people to think like them. They accept that not everyone believes what they believe and they are fine with that. It's the rest of the world that seems to have a problem with anyone who lives by a different set of beliefs.

All we want is our daily bagel, a guilt free day from our mother in laws and maybe, if we're lucky, we'll find some money in the pocket of a coat we haven't worn for a few weeks. (that sounds funny in my mock jewish accent)

Reasons that I can think of that the Jews are hated so bad.

#1- Jews generally have serious problems with anyone that is from the following religious groups.... Christians, and Muslims(which is a lot of people)

#2 Jews are masters of propaganda, and they have portrayed themselves as victims of "The Holocaust", and thus deserve everyone's pity because they have been so victimized. While in actuality they have been the aggressor in every conflict that I can think of that they were involved with.(including WWII)

#3 They have caused massive hardships to their middle-eastern neighbors.

#4 They think they are superior to everyone else.

#5 They think that they are God's chosen people.

just to give the view of a total ignorant, i know 1 non practicing jew, but the impression i have of the 'jews' when u lump them together in a topic like this, is of extreme bearded guys shouting etc, and the isreal army bulldosing houses and shooting kids etc. of course i know this isnt true of all jews.
when i have travelled in europe,most peoples opinion of the isrealies is generally bad, but that seems to be about the isreal situation , not jews!

Really? All the Jews and Muslims I know get along great, most have known eachother for a good 10 years. I guess they didnt get the memo?

Propaganda is a technique and seems to be working well on you. I think its time you source the info you have on how the Jews have been involved in every conflict you can think of.

I dont support Zionism, I dont support imperialism, nor fascism. Isreali foreign policy is something I disagree with strongly. It is not the fault of the Jewish people, but rather Zionist power. You cant blame the American people for the atrocious history of US intervention, just as you cant blame the Jewish people for the atrocious history of Zionism and its homestate.

#4 They think they are superior to everyone else.

I didnt know you've interacted with every Jew on the planet.

I find most of the Jews I know to be very funny and intelligent but thing changes when you start to talk about Israel and the Middle East, than I find most of them annoying and willingly ignorant.
They try to defend the biggest terrorist country in the world with blind faith most of the time (except for a few).

I think its for several reasons, some religious, some secular:

Christ Killers: (Im taking the stance of christian, not that I am one)
Although the Romans physically crucified Jesus, the Jews called for it calling him a false prophet and the Romans appeased them by doing so.

State of Israel:
I don't agree with the state of israel but i'll try not to let that cloud my judgement.
The Isreali state was created by Western powers after World War II, giving the Jews a homeland, however it wasn't as if the land was just empty space. The Palestinians living there were suddenly under a foreign government and as long as the Israeli state remains there will be animosity between them.

As for the Communist and 9/11 reasons, I'm not in deep enough to believe those as solid evidence.

I suppose arrogance at being the "Chosen People" could be a reason however I think all religions believe they are. Maybe because they were one of the first to say so?

Anyway I think the first two, and when people are neither avid christians nor muslims, its because they are brought up with it or have been affected by an anti-semite.

Its easy to hate a people, but when people ask why "so" many people hate Jews, the same could be asked about Blacks and more comically the French. Everyone wants to hate something it seems.

In my humble opinion the whole anti-semitism mainly serves as a smoke screen that serves to deflect criticism of Zionist policy. Its like one big guilt trip on the western world. Jews are constantly painted as the victims in our media and entertainment.

There is nothing significant that separates them from any other group of people genetically. You have black jews, Arab jews, and white jews. The majority are descended from eastern Europeans from the Khazar empire which converted to Judaism in the 8th century, and have no solid ties to the biblical Israelites. Its important to note also that it is these Ashkenazi (eastern European converts) Jews (rothschilds) who are typically associated with the illuminati. If one was to take thate argument I suggest to you that race is an invalid biological concept. Take two black people and one white person, there is more variance between the two black people than either black person with the white.
The colour of you skin are simple adaptations to one's surroundings. Can you prove that Jews do not have something, a single gene suppose that they share, but is not obviously phenotypically present like skin colour?

Like some of my fellows posters before me, the Zionist philosophy is the real zinger to the Jews, as well as the rest of the world. The propaganda they spew reinforces their innate ability to portray themselves as the "victims", when they are in fact not. The Palestinians had been brutally stepped upon with the creation of the Israel state, and continue to be treated unjustly to this day.

In fact, it's more of the domineering philosophy that the Israel's political leaders carry that hurt the Jews. It's not the entire race, just the ones in power who abuse it for their own gain.

I agree. A human is a human and the whole concept of race is nothing but detrimental to society.

However, when people do classify themselves as a race, it is usually based on their skin color or country of origin. Jews come from all different parts of the world and come in all different skin colors. Sharing a common traditions (religious or secular) doesn't make you a race.

I guess its seen as sort of like a pseudo-nationality. Childish in my opinion.

This is more the point I was trying to get across, as opposed to my question being a "loaded" one as suggested by an earlier poster.

It SEEMS that the Jews as a group are disliked in many different circles, be it palestinians and syrians, 9/11 skeptics (some), anti federal reservists (some), neo nazis, etc. My question was simply why? As related by the above scenario, if it's one group...then you have to assume they are just "asswipes" , but when it's many different and diverse groups (some of whom even hate each other), you have to wonder. And that's all I am doing, wondering what the ultimate cause for this hatred is.

No, it's not an intentionally "loaded" question. I simply am curious about this subject and various others that I have posed similar questions about.

Just to give you a bit of background on myself, I grew up in south Georgia and, despite what other people who have never been here say, was never really exposed to racism other than toward (and from) the black people of the area (that's for a totally different conversation but if you would like me to explain feel free to u2u me.). I never even heard the word "Jew" until I was getting into my teens (and I mean that as, I never heard it coming from someone else's mouth that I knew, not that I didn't know what a Jew was). My main exposure to the widespread dislike of the Jewish people did not come to me until I started looking into the Kennedy Assassination and (even more so) the events of 9/11. Since that time (when I started running into all these different groups blaming the "Zionists"), I have wondered why.

It's just that simple.

And by the way atheism is not a religion it's a philosophical view.

I find it funny that people can only see the bad in others and the good in themselves. I was born English so am I to blame for all the deaths the British are responsible for? I'm not a fan of Karl Marx but just because he was born into a Jewish family doesn't mean it has anything to do with the rest of the Jews, or communism.

The deaths were nothing to do with atheism, they were hostile because of political reasons and the selfishness of the leaders. It's just easier to blame religion or atheism.
