YTMND is full of nonsense like this. Most of it is stupid nonsense, but some if it is really good comedy. The good ones are usually done in the same flavor as this one.

Grover is simply a door-to-door salesman in this skit, and the guy is actually saying "O no! It's you". Grover had been hounding him all day in different disguises. By adding a sketched in necklace and hat, you heard what your eyes saw.

This one you don't really get until you watch the loop 2 or 3 times. Then it's like 'O yeah, that's smooth'. It's all Arnold's voice but the creator had to splice the words "house" and "clothes" to get him to say hoes.
