Problem with U2U's

When i get a new U2U message and click on it to read it, it doesn't go away and when i return to myATS it still says i have U2U's. The only way is to delete them. Any ideas?

You could try saving them. Other than that only deleting seems to work.

That usually happens when a u2u is sent to more then one person. The only things you can do is save or delete the message.


edit: Or it can happen if the person sending the message used a capital letter for a non capital name (or vice versa) in the u2u according to to new thread...

so you consider me to be a respected for why what are you hmm nevermind asking that would mean an amazing retort about something crazy and complicated names just to make fun of me so you hate periods missing from statements im sorry
