To speculate is one thing, however, to make claims such as these in a way that denotes fact is quite another.
The basis of this theory stems soley from translated texts which tell stories of myth and fable. If they are to be believed soley because they exist then certainly many other myths should be taken as truth.
Mount Olympus lives on again and let us continue to thank Prometheus for bringing us fire.
Why do you throw in the 'likely' in? I would be more interested in your material which shows this to be likely then cross-catagorized speculization.
Once again you speak of speculative scenarios while using conditions which are presented as fact. Before speculation of future events can be discussed one must first present evidence for the fact-based 'players' about which these possible scenarios revolve.
The burden of proof falls to your feet my friend.
We do not have the responsibility of proof. Rather, you, by making the fantastic claim, must provide the proof on which your position stands.

ATS is many things to many people, there are more topics on this site that have no proof then have proof.
Why is it always the same members over and over again going in and bashing threads?
It is really getting tiresome, if you dont like the topic or the spelling, grammer, lack of proof etc. then just leave it alone.
Why do you even bother? Are you that bored?
Scientists avoid dealing with anomalous aspects of human experience and nature.
The religious fear to examine the origins of their own beliefs.
Educators indoctrinate instead of helping students to become self-learners.
Institutions defend their beliefs and authority with arrogance.
Is it really necessary to constantly remind people of this? We all know its pure speculation, but seriously some people around here act like thats a crime. It really gets tiresome.
Now here are my thoughts on the topic at hand. i WOULDN'T quick to place trust in ETs. I don't think we are dealing with just one race of alien here. I think we are in direct/indirect contact with a number of different alien factions all with hidden agendas (raptilians, greys, andromidans, ect).

It amazes me that people can form complex theories on ancient civilizations, but are still not capable of correctly differentiating between their/there. I really hope english is not your first language.

According to Mr Sitchin's books (which I have read), Nibiru orbited near Terra @600BC. That means it is not due back for another 1000 years.
Nibiru settled into a clockwise orbit (equal to 3,600 orbits of Earth
around the Sun). Nibiru stabilized into a clockwise orbit, equal to
3,600 orbits of Earth around the Sun until 10, 900 B.C.E., when
Nibiru arrived earlier, due to increasing drift from Solaris of
Uranus. Uranus' gravity sped Nibiru's orbit. As a result of this
close encounter between Nibiru and Uranus, one of Nibiru's moons,
Miranda, was captured by and became a moon of Uranus as Nibiru and
Uranus pulled at each other. From 10,000B.C.E. on, Nibiru's
revolution sped to 3.450 Earth years; which makes Nibiru's next
return 2900A.D. rather than 2012 as predicated on the earlier 3600-
year orbit [Sitchin, Z., 2007, The End of Days, pages 315 - 317].
