Kaziah Hancock: Is This Patriotism?

There are a lot of definitions of patriotism and some of late are pretty distorted.

Defining patriotism with words can be pretty frustrating, because ultimately patriotism is action and actions sometimes defy words.

Here's a lady who doesn't let politics get in the way of her patriotism, even though, when asked to define patriotism, most people wouldn't think to describe what this lady does.

What she does, however, speaks volumes about what it means to love and to give, and maybe that is what best defines patriotism: Loving and giving.

Not much maybe, and it can't bring back their lost loved ones. But at least they know that someone cares, and it's from the heart. What more can we do?
