I laughed out loud when I read the article and he says something strange was going on under the covers for about 15 minutes and then he let out a moan. OMG! Too funny! Alien porn anyone?

Yet another disappointingly obvious hoax.

Well atleast with this one its from a article and from a respected source (i hope) and maybe just maybe something may come about from it...

Its almost like "the boy who cried wolf"
If the hoaxes continue and continue then all of a sudden the real thing pops up, no one is going to believe it! well maybe not everyone but a select few

Whatcha wanna bet the tape is " intercepted " in the mail and never recieved ? Or shows up blank . I HOPE im wrong but i'd say we never hear
anything else about this case .

Edit - BTW , just what was the guy trying to tape when he got this ?
Seems odd that he would be recording his blankets anyway ? Or why would he be taping himself sleeping ? Just kinda strange . IMHO anyway .

Don't hold your breath!

I've not encountered this man previous to this post.
I am highly skeptical of any individual who claims to be in reciept of supposed evidence of ufo/extraterrestial interest.
At this stage I must assume that his reputation has 'david ike-esque' similarities.
The world is peppered with attention seekers from all walks of life who hope to draw in the spurious people and lunatic fringe to gain credibility in their claims.
I suspect this charlatan hopes to gain a cult following similar to that of the
Raelians.
I rest my case!

Hey, here's a radical idea!

Why don't we wait until the film surfaces before we start labeling it a hoax? I know it's a tough concept, but heck, it might just work.

I thought we were supposed to deny ignorance, not spread it. Yes, the guy's description is cranky, and he uses way too many exclamation marks to get his point across, but that might just be the way he writes. Not everyone can express themselves correctly.

Come on guys and girls, lets be open minded, not instantly dismissive. If it's a hoax, then there're folks on here that'll tear the backside out of it. But until then, let's do what we do best and discuss, not assassinate.

edit: spooling

Mostly because we're always waiting for "theeee" film to surface.
It usually never does and we're jaded man.

Honestly I'm tired of the definitive proof that always "upcoming" "out in a few months" "soon to be viewed" and "released within the hour". It just never makes it over the horizon and if it does it's always such an appalling fraud that you wish you never even heard of the idea of alien life visiting earth.

I can't say its a hoax but the odds are not in favor of it being anything more. The possessor of the film should have sent it in straight away...I mean how difficult is it to do so? People post stuff on Youtube faster than you can blink an eye these days. In terms of actual abduction claims no one has ever been able to film them because the people involved always claim to be under constant surveillance or "watched". That the abductors know what is being done and even thought by the abductee.

If a technologically superior, and telepathically advanced species that seems to always require discrete anonymity is secretly abducting you against your will, you think they'd be fooled by your hidden vid-cam on top of your dresser? I've always thought that if an authentic video ever comes out then the abductors must have allowed it.

I'd like to see the video though and hope it is released soon.
It's just that my popcorn tub is empty.

In telephone interviews and what this man has sent me in the past, over the UFO sightings he has experienced, which included some of the best footage of a UFO event I have personally received.

This from the article kinda bothers me. They seem to have worked together before on "footage". Has anyone seen some of this other "best footage of a UFO" that this article writer has "personally" received by Mr. ND?

Also the tape was sent on the 20th and the website posts the article on the 26th saying when they get the tape and check it out they will blah blah blah "go from there" ....."in a couple of weeks"...... hmmm how long does it take for a simple tape take to be delivered to Canada, and why will it take a couple of weeks to present it to the public? Time to edit the tape and collaborate a good story? Something like that should of been sent Next Day Air and shown to the public unedited immediately, if real.

What is with the guy from ND ending every sentence with an exclamation point? Is he that excited over writing to this guy in Canada who he has sent footage to before? His grammar isn't so correct and his wife don't sound so bright either.

Sure hope US Customs don't open it at the border, view it, keep it or turn it over to some sort of agency and that tape ends up "lost in the mail".

Hoaxer's been around longer then UFOS themselves, it is part of the life of being a truth seeker, one can't let the dis-informer's keep you from believing that the truth is out there. I look at a lot of different sites for UFO info, but ATS is my favorite, hoaxer's or not.

Bzzzzzzz

Wanted to add that the same person who claims he videotaped his abduction may have submitted this earlier ufo video linked HERE.

Both the ufo footage, and this abduction footage are coming from Dickinson, North Dakota...I didn't read that they were the same person; only noting they're from the same city, and their sightings seem to be only about a month or two apart...

Yes, we're jaded and royally p****d off at all of the hoaxes. They're making the whole subject a forum for wanna be film-makers and attention junkies.

But my point is we're falling into a trap of simply throwing everything we see and read about into the same waste bin. What if at some point we throw out the genuine article simply because it doesn't look like a Spielberg scene, or portrays technology or behaviour that we find absurd, or is presented by someone that hasn't the accepted social skills to put his case succinctly and clearly?

Who in their right mind can say, with absolute certainty, what a real film of abduction looks like? I can't, and I can guarantee the only people who can are those who've been through the experience.
We can only judge what we know about.
Unfortunately, it's all too easy for those who can't be bothered to use their minds to shout hoax, rather than shape an informed, inteligent opinion.

Now, this guy may well be a kook, and if he is then d**n him for joining the ranks of his peers.

But until we know any better, let's just hold fire on the judgement?

nice find OTD. Odds are slim that this is a coincidence in that small town.

I find the concept of watching a grown man, in bed, with his blanket moving around, reminds me of the time I had a mirror on the ceiling over my bed.

Wow. I bet anyone who believes this -SNIP- probably believed in the Drone pics, the GR statements, and the (insert numerous other hoaxes). You all are suckers.

Just because there have been hoaxes here lately doesn't mean anything new coming in is going to be a hoax. Life is fluid you know.

The man sent it to Brain on the 20th that was a week ago give it time. I have respect for Brain Vike and what he has done in this field. I don't think he would get involved with something that might put is work in jeopardy.

HBCC UFO Network is reputable. I don't understand you making fun and putting this down before you have seen this film and it has been studied.

Oh, man (Crakeur) haha

2007 is turning into one heck of a year so far. We're only in June and everything seems so intense right now...

I agree with observe50. Every case should be taken on its own merits.

As fellow investigators, we have to be diligent AND patient. It's also important not to be discouraged.

There is going to be a time pretty soon where we won't have to argue about the authenticity of these events. It will simply be self-evident.

Until then, enjoy these discoveries (the authentic ones), and don't let the hoaxes dissuade, or discourage you. Everything is moving in a forward progression.

The inevitability of real, physical, overt, and open contact should be comforting when dealing with the odd case that turns out to be a hoax.

We are living in exciting times right now. And it's only going to get better.

And yet you are a proud C2C Streamlinker. $6.95 per month to pay for access to Linda Moulton Howe proclaiming an admitted fake cgi test of the drones is real. C2C, where every nutcase has his day before the mikes as Noory and crowd continue their tough, hard-nosed questions like "Oh, wow!" "That's just amazing!" and "Really?" Perhaps we aren't the only suckers, huh?

I suspect you're correct OTD...

Vike says:

.....In telephone interviews and what this man has sent me in the past, over the UFO sightings he has experienced, which included some of the best footage of a UFO event I have personally received. I am very excited to be receiving the film of what I am being told is of the fellows alien abduction caught on video tape which was taken in his bedroom while he slept.

I believe Mr Vike is referring to the clips at the end of
this article you referenced.

So imo the UFO sightings from the Feb 1st, 2007 article OTD found as the first piece of material from this fellow.

After reviewing both statements they appear to [at least] like to use exclamation marks and both shoot using night-shot.

I'm just going to cut/past both articles after this post because I'm lazy

You know what reeeaaally pisses me off? How everyone who's supposedly "committed" to finding the truth all of a sudden pack there bags and jump ship everytime they get fooled or whatnot. So you got hoaxed, big friggin deal. As with anything bad that happens in life, YOU MOVE ON AND YOU CONTINUE WHAT YOU WERE DOING. You can be mad all you want that you got hoaxed but you people NEED to keep doing what your doing because if we all just quit everytime we found out we were jipped there'd be NOBODY FRICKEN LEFT!!!

THIS, to me, sounds genuine. It hits close to home cause I too videotaped my bedroom for about a month when I was like 15 or so looking for possible signs of abduction. Unfortunately I never found anything. What if this man was doing the same?? Ever stop to think about that???? He's doing exactly what I would've done had I actually caught something on tape. He is sending the tape to a reputable source, gave a clear description (nothing vague that causes us to guess which is what would be expected of a hoax) To me this doesnt sound like a hoax.
However if I'm wrong and it is a hoax I'm not going to ever say "Oh well i quit i got played too many times" You take your licks and move on and continue the search for Extraterrestrial life. We've been through worse hoaxes than that gay false flag op thread anyways (Serpo anyone?) Give this guy a chance and when it all comes out and you see the video, THEN make your decision. Until then, dont dampen our spirits because you cant take the heat
