Sorry If I can't be of a lot of help or participate more in this discussion but I will try to make it precise and to the point with my observations. Don't have much time to think other matters beside work these days.

I watched the video of the project lifter and I assume is a type off...errr it creates a weak effect that...if we could take a leap of faith and describe it as a future ion drive technology, but the major problem is that they don't understand how the biefeld/brown effect works in pure scientific terms, the measured output is too weak (in actual recorded numbers) about 3 times smaller than the torque it generates in real experiments. Thats the major NASA's problem with that stuff right? So this research is still pending..for what? some positive Hadron collider results from the future?

Anyway I am not in the "detectivistic" aspect of the caret story, you guys are
its not my field anyway, so I cant be of much help in that area.

I love Gene Rodenberry's creations he was a very learned man, in many ways than one as it seems. I believe he tried to hint to many things but the trend of his time was not up to full speed to accept some facts. It still isn't. Facts proven by the evolution of mankind and our civilization. The major problem is political no societal. The desired shape of things to come, does not match our actual civilizational dynamic. It hinders it. Desirable by the minds we appointed as rulers of our time and era, even by our unwillingness or by our absence. Power corrupts.
We live in a corrupt world which its primary source of power is dead plants and animals. Sad, isn't it? We even do wars to control that don't we? You see now where I'm getting this?

How new? There is no timestamp I think in the html source of both pages so I cannot judge! Any help on this?

My thing is, I can't connect the "photos" to the LAP at all, aside from the "language characters"....in other words, the photos might be "faked" (and as i understand it, most around here already have come to that conclusion a long time ago), but at what point did these "drones" (as envisioned in the "photos", show up in the LAP documents and diagrams?...is it not possible that whomever had possession of the diagrams and primer, created or had "someone" create the images of the "drones" as an aside or to further flesh out the storyline? Of course this doesn't explain "raj" and his continuing suggestion that "his" images are real, but, my point is, could the drones not simply be a sort of "proof of concept", which were being publicized as the "real deal"? not sure what im trying to say really....

At any rate, what is the purpose of the LAP (if not "really" what it is claimed to be)? If it weren't "real", then I would have to say that the only other logical conclusion I can come up with, was that it was a very hefty endeavor by many (or several) different people in many (or several)different fields, collaborating to produce the closest thing they could come up with to a metaphysical/scientific "machine", either to demonstrate working "principle/principal" or to spur the minds of humanity to explore this idea further using symbols directly tied to historic instances of spiritual enlightenment.

I believe it is an interloper..but it could be the maker..spend time making a puzzle..then sell the answers..but he must work fast. people love to make copies..and give away for free.. But honestly..on what I have seen inside the caret..its not him but then ..Even the prettiest dog attracts fleas..I laugh at those who refused to look blinded by their wrongness....I am quite happy..actually..

I see no claim that the caret is his..especially in the copyright office..but then again..this is funny..yes..

The economoc collapses and wars of attrition are here..the concepts to save were always there and just as the library of alexndria was pillaged and burned..and past knowledge lost..the cycles is returning. The cartoons were a graffitti .Particularly the little prince..my favorite...a sign of protest as to the existing use of technology to harness power to do do harm..They will get their wish sooner than they realized.

I think it very true that language, well the written variety, is highly self-activating. It is hard for those of us in the western world (who are not familar with languages from other cultures) to wrap our brains around the differences (and similarities) between the two.....i find myself trying to explain to people how it is "easy" for us to imagine a language such as the "english" variety, because in OUR written language you have a character or "letter" which is meant to contain a particular "sound", and this placed alongside other specifically designed "sound shaped" characters, forms a more complex sound, eventually culminating into a "word", and this word when placed alongside other specific words (which alone would mean something totally different, or mean nothing altogether), form a cohesive sentence.

In written language, asian for instance, it is a little different...characters tend to be "contructs" or "pictures" which, when they are altered in subtle ways, can mean something totally diffferent....a character in chinese, instead of making a particular individual "sound", would maybe be a "phrase"....one character drawn a certain way may say "the blowing wind", for instance....there is literally no "stringing together" individual 'sound characters' to make a single sentence.

But back to (written) language being self-activating.....Certainly quantum physics teaches us that by observing a thing, it tends to affect the definition of a thing, or by observing a thing it actually alters the structure of a thing on some small level. I wonder whether there is ANY language which would effect a reaction which is universal, due to the fact that most language stimulus/reaction tends to be highly culturally based, unless of course one would happen upon a very "ancient" form, where the symbol would actually translate into the base truth of a thing, and perhaps ALL language derives from such a "ancient" source...

Ok I spare the details and here is the whole solar system.
Both derived with the modern western numerology and Pythagorean numerology (arethmosophea) (they are largely the same) for labeling the greek alphabet with the same numbers but the number meaning is different in according to the Pythagorean school (IMO I stick with the school)
Latin alphabet came from the greek, I feel no need to get in details.

I used the greek names of the planets which is more proper. Not the Roman or modern ones. And... Pluto IS a planet ok?

Ok look in any book that explains what meaning represents each number in the Pythagorean system. You will be astonished by the revelations

For Instance earth is 6 and Saturn is 6.

Plain and simple. Numerology is a code. We need to convert all that mambo jumbo of the caret thing to letters or numbers to see if they work. I do not thing there is another way!

Suspicions.

I suspect the symbols are imagined or hold little truth with the prototype if there is one.
I also suspect the whole presentation thing behind the alias Isaac Caret, drones etc is that someone is trying to patent something! He/she/it does not have all the answers on how to do it or what he/she/it wants to patent and he/she/it whatever.. wants us (people on the internet) to do the hard work for him/her/it.

It=alien? Nah.. A corporation or agency or whatever perhaps.

I hear there were cultures where the women had to speak their own language, in Africa, clicks and sounds are used..but in written language..lets say a spell..it was some symbol, perhaps the paper infused with some potion or herb..and then the intent projected by those who understood it might activate something..in hebrew tradition the name of God is unpronounceable.We just know yahweh or jehova...and it was believed if you did it backwords..well the universe would unravel.

The meanings are not particularly the right ones. A correct meaning depends
on many things. Unfortunately we cannot resurect dead mathematicians, geometers (gematria) or poets to ask them about things, but we can do research on them. I can't post any link as the subject is vast as the space itself...

When you speak the word, the ancients made every phonetic with meaning.
It is different for the letters you shout with your tongue near your gums for example, or the letters your shout with your pharings (throat) and your lips, like saying OM for example.
Now every part of the body and also the mouth and all the parts in it, have a symbolic meaning and the word that describes that part has also a meaning, like I show you above. Words are sound. Sound is vibration. The human body is a perfect instrument, or at least a very sophisticated one. God is very pleased when we praise him with songs! Why is that? Only He knows. I am searching for hours about an historicaly accurate table with pythagorean interpretations for each of numbers from 1 to 9. No such luck yet. Maybe its only on books! There is also Plato who speaks about 11 and 12 in Timaeus or was it Critias? What the heck. Lets get them both! Lots of stuff. Too much data too little time but we are many. Compartmentalize.

Mark Is welcome at ATS anytime..because he took the route he had to, there are many inventors out there no one will listen to, he has been on this since 1995. There is such an an inventor who is a Greek garage mechanic who loved physics, plasma physics, to be precise and he drewup a plan for I believe it was a toklomac confinement device. he presented it to University people and they ignored him..When the US committee of highest thinkers came across a problem their think tank came up with a similar desiign..someone saw the design and contacted the mechanic..He is now a member of that committee which is in charge of the national us defense think tank.(commercial applications included).a very small and elite group..I remember the turkish astronomer, who because of his traditional turban attire and pantaloons, was laughed at..of an asteroid discovery..it was not until a year later, it was corrobrated b214 or something like that . So..people like this have only us..to bounce their ideas and works..

In this way..perhaps..we can look at what Marks idea is.but he must be willing to take critique..by fellow inventors or people interested either in your device or in you as a person , no dialogue..no discussion..no relationship..and women are hardwired for dialogue..
