That is a GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION SITE.

Why is it not posted as a gov site?

There are ways that you can tell the MHZ of the signals form the site from the lengths of the ELEMENTS.

I will bet gov.

These photos are interesting. Have you ever noticed any activity there? Vehicles, people? I suggest you get your binocs and see if you can make out more details. Could just be a back up communications area for many things.

You obviously know more about Palo Alto than I do, but isn't it impossible to build 5 levels underground in this area due to the likelihood of quakes and shakers? Believe this would be a "liquefaction" area. 'Course, if it's a govt installation, they may not have to play by the same rules?

Moon, Good find on the site Fred was too. And even though the antenna farm may not be part of our search for black ops, it was so interesting. I really liked the part where they sent the last message the same as the first.

You never know what research will turn up, and even answers that don't fit yield information and wonderful little tidbits of knowledge. This si one of the reasons that I love ATS

No I agree, that the letters inside those half bracket things (the two black) DO look like numbers. I came to the same conclusion on those filled in half moons being brackets ( ) and that some of the characters being numbers, Which would make you think (because of the brackets) that this is being type out on a keyboard

After pouring over every alphabet I could find, I’ve come to the conclusion that this is based on bits and pieces of different alphabets (katakana alphabet having the most matches) along with some improvised characters

As far as this “alien language” meaning anything, if this is a result of a custom fonts package being loaded up and then someone typing cute little messages, then the only way of finding out would be to have the same fonts package (the primer) installed, then you could correlate the characters to the correspond letter or number on your keyboard and decipher it, if indeed there’s anything to be deciphered, wouldn’t surprise me if there were a few little cute messages

I can buy that idea, as we really have a spot of trouble getting anything to work without making some assumptions.

Nemo provided a good web site, ovinus, that had sorted the letters, and seem to think there were eight numbers plus zero. This would be logical for a gray(?) as they are often shown/reported as having four digits per hand. I say this because our writer seems to have taken a lot of pains to do a back story on this as well, even if this backing is rather obscure. I too found nine "marks" that I thought were numbers, and a base eight system seemed right, as zero is needed for any higher math, making the total nine.

Does your gut feeling tell you anything about these numbers except direction? Do you feel that it's English words with a straight substitution? Or could it be whole "alien" words arranged in a left to right pattern?

Partially, yes. There is more 'natural' sentence structured writing on the generator, than on the swirly diagram or drones, which we are lead to believe are powered by these words. So, why how does this work?

Looking objectively the gravity generator seems to need longer sentence-like instructions than the drones single letter (upto about triple letter) 'words'. Seems odd to me that if this is some sort of shorthand, then why is it used short on the drones and swirly, but long on the generator?

You are close, you have downtown PA highlighted. Using that map zoom in, you will see a main expressway labled "Embarcadero. Follow Embarcadero to the east till you see Highway 101. on the other side is salt marshes. Swithc to satelite view and the facility is visable.
