It's more than one balloon tied together (possibly just two). It's also much closer to the camera than the background hills. Binoculars or optical zoom would have revealed this.

I've seen his sort of thing multiple times.

I would like to say its a balloon as well but we all know when a balloon is in the air, the flight, its a little sparatic and wobbles because of wind. This is very steady and holds a consistant speed. Pretty interesting!

check out this video... not only is he filming something very odd looking, but something extremely tiny and black flew directly at the object and then flew upwards into the air faster than you can imagine... Watch this video at 5:33:23 to 25 and you will see this black thing zip in from the right, tap the object, and then fly straight up...
