It does look and move just like a balloon.... Hmmm maybe thats the orbs intent, To make us think its a balloon, Or could it be the intent of the balloon to make us think its an orb? Only the people who shot the video will know. It was too out of focus for us to tell. Why when even there a Ufo video it's always out of focus?

Nah...I don't buy the balloon theory this time. If it were, as one poster already suggested, it would almost certainly be tumbling and/or rocking giving the speed of the wind that is pushing it. It does appear to shapeshift which reminds me of a few Mexican ufo vids I've seen on here.

I really like the part where you can hear them putting helium in the next baloon . Wonder how many tries it took.

I think most of us agree that if it were a baloon, moving at that speed(comparing to how fast it moves against the country side) It would have a erradic flight pattern. Other than my own observation I cannot say this ISN'T a drone. Looks legit to me. Also does appear to me metalic in build.
Question has anyone ever been able to decide( by design or other) which drones are ours and which drones are ET'S?.

jUST A THOUGHT. many(not all)
video and pictures of drones are at realitively low alttitudes. With all the intelligent people out there , yes including this web site. How come no one has come up with a device to knock these "drones" out of the sky.And is their something we could "bait" theses drones with. Ie.. a strong localized EM field ect... Just a thought.

First have a look at the OP link to the video -
Link to video.
You will notice that the ad on top (at this time) is for RC Planes.

So I went looking and found this information -
Click on this link

There are even RC UFO's with refillable helium balloons among others.

Just sayin????

Some of us are searching for the real thing. We are offended by the huge number of hoaxes being posted by children and adults with a child like mentality.

Critical thinking is an absolute imperative to finding facts. Accepting anything on the Internet as fact without proof or adequate research is just plain foolish.

I'd say that easily 75%+ of what is on the Internet contains everything from innocent mistakes and typo's to outright lies and fraud for financial gain.

I can't speak for anyone else, but as for me; if I see something I can't explain or that may be the real deal I'll say so. The same goes for hoaxes and videos of birds. If they are fake I'll say so.

Is this one a UFO. Yes, I don't know what it is. If it contains aliens they are pretty tiny though as the object appears to be about the size of an RC UFO Toy. My initial thought is someone taping a neighbor playing with toys or a hoaxer taping their own toys.

okay, i'm sorry i just don't see a balloon i see grainy video, quick jerky movements, a drop of water on some glass with light reflecting through it at times(i mean an cough... an orb), then the camera zoom out/jerk and in on a spider nustled between some wires or a fly(i mean a balloon.. no ermm orb! ) never focused properly, as a digital camera peering through a wet/dirty glass my act. etc.
i learned more from my cat today who said, meow, followed by one long meeeoowww, then crashed out from all the catnip he's being doing lately(he's really a grey in disguise
).

-meow meoooooooooooooow

Look at where it is in relation to the hills in the background just before he creates all the racket with his chair. Then he goes to the window and points to where you'd expect it to have traveled, but he sees it has risen in elevation and moved back to the left!! Am I looking at this right? I think I am.

Yeah! I see what you're talking about. It seems Trippy McTripperson caught two DIFFERENT objects, eh? Lucky him! A fleet sighting!

This is clearly a balloon. Man oh man. My first post to ATS and it has to be this! LOL

omg it's not just a balloon! try releasing a balloon on a windy day, it doesn't just float in a straight line like that!

at a push I could maybe agree that it was some sort of small remote control toy or something, but even then it would have to be a perfectly calm day for it to fly that calmly.

I find it weird that the object in question passes a certain point where the camera man has to move something but when he comes back to the object its not in the same spot so the camera man pans back and finds another orb or balloon. Does anyone else see it like this?

Another thing to watch for, just after he moves what ever it is he moves, when the camera pans back just keep watching the top left corner and tell me if you see another light appear.

The object is moving way too fast to be a baloon.
Inless there was some real strong wind pullin through..

It's a balloon - filled to some degree with helium - in a very strong wind. The fact that it's not increasing or decreasing in altitude indicates that it's got enough weight attached to it and just enough helium to keep it on a fairly straight trajectory. That's exactly what it is.

I must admit, it's fascinating to see people freak out over some of these sillier UFO videos. Just a couple weeks back I saw some report on a UFO and upon further research it was determined to be a plastic bag floating in the sky. Let me see if I can find it and I'll post it...

Bah, can't find it. But upon doing a little googlage I chanced upon this little nugget. Check it out: Lanterns mistaken for UFOs

"(the lanterns) are made from a plastic bag, copper wire and paraffin cube which glows as the fuel burns slowly..."

I live in Mesa Arizona and just a few weeks ago I saw almost the same balloon. I was sitting in my driveway and happened to look up over my shoulder and was startled by a multicolored object floating there about five hundred feet up. I ran inside to grab my binoculars and when I got back outside the object was barely visible to the naked eye and I had a hard time finding it to put the binoculars on it. It was clearly a mylar balloon when I put the binoculars on it. I could see a multicolored checkerboard pattern across it through the binoculars.

You can find this video on a 10 year Phoenix sky watchers site it seems he has seen many objects in the sky.

I suppose it could be a balloon but it looks to me like it shapeshifted a couple of times. Can anyone explain that?
