What Would you Consider To Be Ultimate Proof Of Aliens?

Well aliens themselves of course. And if they have technology advanced enough i would ask them to help us clean the planet and disarm the lunatics.

I don't need any proof. They are real and they are here looking at us, at least some of them.

There is no point to ask for proof since it is obvious they exist.

We are now like we were in the year 1000. We think Earth is flat, but there is obvious proof Earth is round. Just look at the Moon, Sun, at the sea or ocean, they tend to bend when looking at the horizon. But we needed more proof. I think only when we went in space people were 100% convinced. Amazingly there are still some people today saying Earth is flat. Ou and if you said Earth is round or not the center of the Universe you were killed.

Now, we have in this Universe (this is just ONE Universe) billions of Galaxies. Now each Galaxy has billions of stars. One star can have many planets. Yet we think we are the only "intelligent" beings. How selfish we are. I think we can barely call ourselves intelligent. We are just starting to understand our world.

Then there are these endless UFOs... they are all a hoax... yes, Earth is flat. It's funny, usually what we read as fiction today (aliens) becomes reality 100 years later. Just like flying, cloning, going over 60 miles/h, computers, space ships...

I think the question should be: Are we ready to accept that we are not alone? The anwers is NO. We barely accept people of different colors not to mention "big, ugly" aliens. We are not ready. When we will, we shall meet our friends.

Ou and if you think aliens exist people will usually think you are crazy, oh well, at least they don't kill you like they did in the year 1000 because you were right.

The people from the year 3000 will laugh at us just like we laugh at the ones from the year 1000 for thinking that Earth is flat.

A flying saucer hovering above a city does not prove that Aliens exist. The saucer could be made here on Earth and be filled with humans for all we would know...

We need to see the ALIENS themselves...

We haven't had a ufo hover over a city like New York and Chicago for the masses to see. But what about the formation over the white house, and mass sightings like the Phoenix lights?

Proof is based upon ones ability to percieve there consciousness and surroundings. Logic to the individual is based upon experience and perception. One may be cured by a disiese and call it a miracle of God, and one may take it for modern medicine. Proof to one may be denial for another. What we should be asking is What would be "Proof " to the individual? One could have an experience like Sleeper, yet ones mind would insist that it was all a dream and never really happened.

Interesting to see how somebody who created his account just hours ago make as first thread something like this, just when 1 day ago we got some "sources" claiming almost inmediate disclosure like operations and right now a lot of people here is really skeptic about that. Meaning, nice coincidence. Maybe "somebody" is trying to understand why all those people didn't buy the first "inminent disclosure" story, and now is trying to understand what we need to start believing... to make a "more credible" staged invasion scenario perhaps?

& I thought I was paranoid!

Actually it was that thread along with a cpl others (Roswell etc) that made me wonder what would be considered undeniable proof for the masses.

Personnally for me it would take Prime Minister Harper telling the population not to panic but contact has been made.

It was even broadcast on the news and acknowledged by government officials. Yet, it is not accepted as fact.

Uhhm, I am pretty sure I have seen the video you are talking about and the "object" was nowhere near low enough or close enough to really tell what the hell it was...

I already believe in UFO's and Aliens...I don't need proof. It's only logical,right? Like a previous poster mentioned, it is funny how all the fantastic stories come to be true... like all those Jules Verne stories. I bet 'Journey to the Centre of the Earth' and the movie 'Men in Black', and several of our other stories are not so far off...

Wonder what kind of weight loss methods they have. Am not fat, but these extra 5 lbs are bugging me. And how it would affect tourism. Honeymoon to Mars. Like Total Recall, or something.

And I can't wait for the live Christiane Amanpour or Barbara Walters interview, with a Larry King follow-up. Followed by nothing, like nothing ever happened. Like they had always been here.

I've always felt that the movie series and TV series "Alien Nation" is a plausible way that alien contact will happen here on Earth.

Would be very hard to disprove 1000's of aliens turning up live on TV.

I also felt it wasn't to far fetched.

The ultimate proof is humanity. We are "aliens" in a sense. We live here on this planet, and it's doubtful we are the only intelligent race in the universe, so to me, our own existance, is proof of the possibility of life elsewhere.

I believe that seeing an actual alien is proof enough, but I would need no proof because I know they are out there.

Well I got on YouTube and tried to find the exact series of videos I was referring to and thus far have not been successful. I use the word "series" because that is what it was. It was video taped by numerous witness's in different sections of the city as well as by the local media. If I remember correctly it was visible for 30+ mins.

I would also like to add that I do not believe that is proof enough that Aliens are real. I was merely responding to the original post I quoted.

My Uncle saw aliens. Absolutely convinced of it. But then he was also arrested for walking up and down his street with a shotgun yelling abuse at his neighbours. So I can't rely on his account.

When I first saw TV images of 9/11, I thought it was an advert for a Movie.
Eventually the reality set it, but initially it seemed an invention of TV and Hollywood. Just seeing a UFO, especially some corny "Plan 9" style saucer, on TV would take a while before I'd be convinced. I would be looking for the Hoax until the evidence was overwhelming.

There is one possible scenario, maybe we are the most intelligent species in the universe. Why do we assume they are smarter even if they do exist.

If any contact is to be made it might have to be initiated by us.
