Its a short movie done by Chris Cunningham, and not Aphex Twin called Rubber Johnny.

The music for Rubber Johnny is "afx237 v7 (w19rhbasement remix)" off of Aphex Twin'a album, Drukqs but it was a remix made by Cunningham; the credits music is "gwarek2".

The strategically placed penis at 1:30 (around that) must have gotten past the youtube censors!

I wouldnt say its easy to fake an alien video, im sure they had a pretty big budget.
