Christians attacked by Muslim "extremists".
Father Manuel Musalam, expressed outrage over the burning of copies of the Bible, noting that the gunmen destroyed all the Crosses inside the church and school. "Those who did these awful things have no respect for Christian-Muslim relations," he said.
Thank God Christians are far,far more tolerant than Muslims. Can you imagine what would happen if a mosque was attacked and Korans were burned? The only question would be what is the body count.

Well, it looks like the Palistinians have the same concerns:

At least economically, the situation in Gaza is dismal at the best of times. According to a recent poll by Kukali in the territory, more than 70 per cent of Gaza's people were deeply gloomy about their economic circumstances – "and that was before Hamas took over."

Source.

Thanks for another myopic post.

myopic, give me a break. This persecution of Christians in Gaza has been going on for a while.I read the article you posted and seen nothing like what happened to the Christians. No mosques were burned,no desecration of the Koran.I point out the truth about Islam.I don't do these things, they do it to themselves.Never once have I lied about anything,it's the truth.
No,again no other religion acts in a like manner.I believe it when they say they want to dominate the world, and if you look at whats happening around the world it would seem to be true.just look at whats going on in India,Thailand,Philippines,Indonesia, the Sudan.Sometimes people don't like to hear, see the truth, burying their heads in the sand won't make it go away. This is a worldwide problem, and I don't think it's wrong to point it out.

Believe strong word, it lacks facts though.

India? A predominantly Hindu and Sikh nation? Christians are doing well in India too. Your point?

And some people have had their heads in the sand so long, truth, like air, would be unrecognizable.

Well, it's Middle East, why would you expect Christians to live in peace there? Really, you can't just attack poor Palestine and then expect all will be OK and they will live in peace because you have better weapons. It never worked that way. It will only bring more violence until boiling point will be reached and then next holocaust will happen on both sides.

You're making MY point here dude.

Please, show me where I didn't speak the truth.

How about here. Truth is a strong word though. You'ld have to see it first to be accused of dissing it and I don't think you have that ability.

What attacks? I challenge your anti-Muslim rants(with links) and it's an "attack"? Bad debate tactics man. I'm just pointing out ignorance. Don't like it? Don't post it.

yeah imagine if christians attacked the muslims, sorry it was a long time ago, but i had to.
Although im an atheist, i find this to be unecessary at least. War is one thing, targeting of civilian/religious centers is unecessary.

"Christians can continue living safely in the Gaza Strip only if they accept Islamic law." Christians in Gaza who engage in "missionary activity" will be "dealt with harshly."
There is the catch-all,"missionary activity".Islamic law,means Dhimmitude.
The Qur'an's command that they "feel themselves subdued".
Sunday's church attack,Abu Saqer claimed he had "good information" the attack actually was a robbery aimed at the church's school computers, even though Bibles and Christian holy objects were destroyed."
Who is he kidding.
"Israel evacuated the Gaza Strip in 2005. Since then, there have been a slew of attacks there against Christians and non-Muslims."
"The terror chieftain told WND the West can learn from his group's Islamic values." Learn what.

I'm on the Missions Committee at my church. The literature we get from all over the world has one thing in common, and this won't be politically correct and will be blunt. Islam is a troublemaker all over the world. They are after everyone opposed to them. People better wake up.
