If the nature of time and space is multidimensional, then each time referential would be according to its moment of inception - thus, if galaxy A was
created at a specific point of resonance, and galaxy B occured at another, then from the point of view of one galaxy, it is the present and the second
galaxy is being consumed, however, from the point of view of the other galaxy, the first galaxy is mereley passing though it on another plane.
Thus, any kind of convergence between entities can create "crossings" in time between the entities in either galaxy.
