hey why are the kid cartoons from japan so random?

and im not taking about the adult anima(witch im a big fan of)im talking about the kid cartoons like boo bo bo and other kid shows(and not the kid anima that makes sence)

now just to say that im not making fun of them i like some shows they have

I believe it's spelled anime. Children's anime is random and entertaining because it's supposed to be childish, while we slam our kids with learning show.
