unfortunately we are probably never gonna hear about this in the "news" and the story will dissappear.

the lady is probably gonna get paid off,
something will happen where she comes to an unexpected demise
and/or
the lawsuit will get forgotten until after Bush is out of office.

but I wish her luck

Why not sue the airports, the metal-detector companies, the boxcutter manufacturer, the airline, the security company, the pilots, and all the people that gave up on the planes without fighting?

This reminds me of the lawsuit agaist McDonalds about hot coffee. I mean, they knew it was hot, right?

Maybe the Bush Admin did have some idea something was going to happen, but knowing and doing are pretty far apart. That is like NASA believing one day a meteor will crash, and then suing them when it does.

I think I will start suing restaraunts for bad-tasting food. They certainly must have "intel" that certain things are horrible.
