Faux/Fix News is no more biased than CNN/MSNBC/SKY news etc.

They are all controlled by the same group, so all will pedal the same info (although in somewhat different ways).

Most of you have no idea how FoxNews is run, if you did then you'd probably never watch it again.

First of all...
The Chairman of Fox News is Roger Ailes, a former campaign strategist for George W. Bush's father, President George H.W. Bush. In the days after September 11, 2001, Roger Ailes sent a secret letter to George W. Bush's chief political advisor Karl Rove. Rove promptly delivered it to Bush. In this letter, Ailes advises the President, through his political advisor, to use the "harshest measures possible" in response to the terrorist attacks.

He is in charge, 100%, every morning he writes a memo, he alone decides which stories will be covered and what will be dumped, to clarify... this memo is god in paper form to the FoxNews puppets. If they disobey it, then they're fired, many have been fired for that fault alone. So if you ever see fox trying to hammer a point, its because the memo (roger) said so.

And if you think i'm wrong, i've seen the memo's, and i've seen McDonalds workers treated better than them.

To quote The Liberal networks are gonna be covering a ton of anti-war demonstrations, lets give the people what they want, we're lining up pro-war senators and the families of soldiers, this ought to get those left wing bastards

"Whats with these Pro-Bush junkies on ATS these days?" ZeroDeep says...

What's with the anti-Bush junkies? The conspiracy lovers that want to cry foul, but never have any real proof? Speculation and guesses is what fuels most of the hatred and just plain BS fuels the rest.

Now, I am not saying I support...but "BU#ES" and "mind controlled drones"? I guess "they" could name some people "DUMBITES" and "close-minded robots"? Hmmm...finger pointing at it's best.

As for the FOX news? Well, it seems Darkwraith is on a dis-information campaign too. Now he becomes that which he claims he can't stand. I mean really, where is the proof of said claim "BECAUSE THE INFO BEING SPREAD AROUND HERE IS AS ABOUT AS FACTUAL AS THE MAINE BEING BLOWN UP BY THE SPANISH.... "?

When you get that proof...I bet you FOX news will have beat you to it.

They are all run the same. The owner decides what the news is after talking on the phone to the Rockefellers or Rothschilds...

If you want real news on America, look at the rest of the world's news. You aren't going to get a truly unspun story with any of our media.

The most eyebrow raising thing is people arguing about "democraps" and "republitards" here. I thought that this kind of site would attract more people who are aware that 2 party systems are a joke and they're all identical when it comes to the essential issues.

FOX is hard to pigeon hole exactly, shows like The Simpsons (one episode for example portrays repubs as vampires, along with the Schwartznegger caricature) and the X-Files (overall anti-right wing/bunker government ideology) have always been anti-republican.

But O Reilly and some of the reporters are definitely pro Bush though.

with one press of a button, i can watch cnn, and then another i can move back to fox. comparing the info i get from each, its easy (for me, perhaps not you) to see that fox is by far the lesser of the two evils. a man is only as wise as his sources.

He likes the flashy moving pictures.

FAUX SUCKS!

why the personal attacks? theres no need to try and belittle me, and i find this very offensive comming from a mod.

Media elite/illuminati pawns (or illuminati themselves) at work. Surprise, surprise. TV news is EXPENSIVE. It's going to be difficult to find a truly unbiased and original cable news network, especially considering the costs.

Hum hum hum...

Oh, sorry about that. Just was here checking for evidence.

I like how people post FOX is biased and Bush is evil , yet have no imperical proof. These are the same people who expect all of the "drones" on ATS to believe every word they write without question. When someone does question, they are pro-Bush and called names. Mighty childish.

....as does CNN, MSNBC. There is no disputing that; numerous threads have shown & linked to tracking data on that very subject.
All mainstream media is compromised, regardless of which side/no side that you're cheering for. Once networks moved away from focusing solely on their programming content for advertising revenue, and included 'McNews' to satiate, titillate and mentally masturbate it's viewership, all was lost in terms of truth....by half & quarter degrees.

So there is really no sense in raving about the debased levels at which American News Media now exisits, look to the Guardian, Moscow Times, Hareetz, et al, for your factual fix, or hell, even a mention of the stories not include in the McNews. Better still, watch C-Span and interpret the news mailine unadulterated.

I always got a roaring laugh out of Fox News headcounters: You'd have 500, 000 people in the streets protesting Bush, yet the number always came up at 10,000!!!!!

Yeah but be careful cause lots of countries have major media controlled by government which can be quite biased too when it wants to be.

For example in England you have the BBC, In Canada the CBC, and many others of course but I'm ignorant of them.

The BBC is not controlled by the UK government.

Infact the charter of the BBC forbids it.

Get your facts right THENEO.

Why do you think the Hutton Inquiry pits the BBC against the government.

Oh really then who controls it?

Is it not funded by government largely?

Is it not run by government appointed individuals?

If it is a private company then when can someone buy it then?

The BBC is funded by the television license fee(aprox 120 for every household that owns a TV)

The Charter of the BBC states that it must be politically neutral.Infact the British government has sought in the past to influence the BBC,most notably during the Suez Crisis,It has always resisted.
