Interesting that you immediately decided (without any evidence) that it was a bomb.

Wonder who would bomb the top floors of a building under renovation! Hardly the best target in the world.

Mind you, It does house the campaign for Hazel (Chipmunk) Blears Labour Deputy Leader election bid (en.wikipedia.org...)

More info here: news.bbc.co.uk...

Somewhat interesting perhaps - but you've posted in the WRONG THREAD.

Mods - can we move this to BTS or some other place so those of us researching Aliens & UFOs' are not pulled off track for nothing...?

I`m sorry for the wrong place of post. Please, move it.

About the bombing, even without evidence, we ALWAYS have to give a ear to the witness...

Eyewitness Anthony Gilberthorpe told BBC News 24: "It happened just so very quick one didn't know what to do.

"I heard a mighty explosion and about two floors and the roof of a building to my left hand side was literally showering down in front of me.

"So I literally threw myself, literally jumped up and threw myself, to the right hand side of the road not knowing whether I was going to be hit."

Didn't realise this was in the wrong place (only see posts from the recent posts screen).

An explosion doesn't mean a bomb.
