Very cool "add ons" for firefox.

I already use alotta those addons recommended. I found them through the get extensions of the addons link in firefox. Just perused the most popular lists.

I also recommend forecast fox for a very kewl set of weather icons and links in your status line on the bottom. For those that do ftp i recommend FireFTP. Another great addon to Firefox. And of course, all the neat themes you can install. Im partial to aluminum kai and redshift myself. IE Tab for those not so friendly Firefox pages. Foxytunes for those that like to rock out while you surf.

I just read an article on wired about one of the Web2.0 creators saying the division between the net and the desktop is disappearing. Integrating all your favorite goodies right into your browser seems to be the influx of it IMO. I run all of these addons and themes on both my mac and my pc firefox's. Happy surfing
