I think it's more likely that dinosaurs exist in the amazon to be honest. We have claims of Sasquatch inhabiting much more explored and obviously tred upon area yet we haven't discovered a carcass, not even bones? To me this is proof of it's non-existance.

It does seem pretty suprising at first that if Sasquatch exists we haven't found a carcass.

But then again how many people do you know that go into the deeps of the wilderness and look for them?

Could somebody found what was a carcass of a Sasquatch and just thought it was a different animal? They could be mistaken for a bear or another large animal.

I was thinking about ancient civilizations that possibly lived on earth millions of years ago and why we havent found any evidence of them. It is possible that there have been advanced civilizations living on earth that may or may not have been human. It is also very possibly they lived in areas that are now either covered by water or are in complete remote areas of the world and we may never find any proof of their existence. But just because humans havent found anything doesnt mean that it doesnt exist.

How many deer skeletons do hunters find each year? Almost none. And these are animals that they are familiar with, and would recognize fairly easy. And there are bound to be more deer than big hairy apes in America.

Well, not counting those who play football. (The American kind where you seldom use your feet and you get paid like a Saudi prince to suit up with more padding than a drag queen playing Mae West.)

I don't get out in the woods that much, which would explain why I've never seen a carcass of a Bigfoot.

I was driving down the road once and saw a living, breathing one though.

Bigfoot is real, I've seen one with my own eyes. I was alone in the car and can't prove it. Still, No one can tell me they don't exist, I know better.

I believe you did see something. Was there anyway it could have been a costume or a bear?

go to the link at the bottom of the page, there is the recording of a Sasquatch that was shot in Westmoreland County, PA 1973 during a UFO Flap.

Westmoreland County, PA 1973 - A recording of a creature moaning after being fired upon. For more info on the 1973 Bigfoot/UFO sighting flap, see Stan Gordon's website

www.oregonbigfoot.com...

One thing that UFO investigators do not like is the crossing of boundries and I fear that sasquatch investigators are the same. But this one case for sure makes a direct connect between the two and maybe why there is no carcass.

I know the Native North American legends says that sasquatch exists between two worlds, this one and the next dimension.

Here is a link to the UFO Flap and the Sasquatch that got shot and was investigated by stan gordon. Police and many credible witness to UFO, bigfoot, guns, howls, its got it all.
www.stangordon.com...

They had a show about this on Creepy Canada which ususally only has Canadian stuff...but they thought that with the amount of eye witness etc that the event must be shown on their show.

I get this from allot of my friends, "I believe you saw SOMETHING.

What I saw was a Bigfoot. It scared the hell out of me and just damn near left me scarred. There was no mistaking what I saw that night. Bigfoot does exist.

Like I said though, I can't prove it. All I can do is tell my story and leave it up to the reader to decide for themselves.

I believe you and I think thats rude what the other member said.
I have no doubt that you are a credible witness and that your very sure what you saw was nothing else but what you said it was.
maybe a bear, maybe a suit, blah, blah blah.
I think thats so sad when people feel they must discredit with no proof, and maybe only their own disbelief as backup to your encounter.

Junglelord: Uh oh.....I live in PA, lol.

mrwumpy: I think there could be a possibility it was Sasquatch. But is there anyway to be sure it wasn't someone in a costume? If you can (remote area etc.) I will quite readily believe it was an actual Sasquatch. Also what location was this?

edit: Junglelord, so you would say mrwumpy just magically knows it was not a costume?

Well I have had the experience of seeing a unusual animal
At first your brain does some file searching.
Your looking at it but not registering what it is
In my case I also determined what I was looking at
Do you think it was a costume>

I am a deer and duck hunter. I have been in the deep woods many times, and I have never seen any deer bones or any bear bones. I guess thats proof that these animals don't exist.

I've told the story here many times, but one more won't hurt.

I live in Arkansas. I had taken my kids back to their mothers house in Jonesboro which was on the other side of the state. I was driving back and it was late. I had passed thru Salem Arkansas and was back in the Ozark national forest. There was probably 15 to 20 feet of clearance from where the edge of the road was to where the forest started. I was the only car on the road and had my lights on bright.

Up ahead I noticed what I thought was a tree right beside the road. It immediately caught my attention because it was out of place. Then that tree turned around and in a few steps walked back into the woods. It was a Bigfoot.

I pushed the gas pedal to the floor and didn't slow down till I was safely in the bright lights of the next town I came to. I kept looking in the rear view mirror to see if it was running after me.

It scared the hell out of me. I'm talking a deep, primal fear of certain death.

I will never go looking for a Bigfoot and hope I never cross paths with one again.

No one can ever tell me they don't exist though. I know better.

I think you're underestimating the animal kingdom.

What I'm trying to say is, its obvious that Sasquatch is probably an intelligent creature with a pretty well developed brain.

If it can eluded western men for 400 years or more, why can't it be intelligent enough to mourn and BURY its dead.

I mean, take a look at a familiar animal, elephants for example, while they may be driven by instinct, when on the defense or migration. When it comes to the pack, the elephants are emotionally close to each other. They even "bury" their dead, not like we would, but through some dirt and shrub on its dead.

Ignorant people!!!
haha nah i'm just playing, but serious!! Sasquatch probably very intelligent!!

But if you want proof about the elephants:

Uhh...well if theres anything else, just ask..til then CHEERS!!

No bones does not mean proof of non-existance.

Many years walking around wooded areas across the U.S. and the largest dead animal Ive seen was a diamondback rattle snake.

Personally I doubt bigfoot is real, but I would love to go out in search of it.
