As I said in my earlier post (which you apparently ignored) there IS NO SCRAMBLE TO SHOOT frequency. They DO NOT scramble planes to automatically
shoot down anything entering their airspace. They scramble fighters from Nellis, they intercept the plane, identify it, and order it back to Nellis
with them, where they are met by the FBI and interrogated for many hours, and usually will have their license at the least suspended. There is no
such thing as a scramble to shoot down unless they KNOW it's a hostile aircraft. And you can't know that just from looking at a radar screen.
