Odd creature with a human face.

Sorry if this has already been discussed (which it probably has, I have a knack for repeating topics by accident) but I stumbled on an odd video today.

It seems to show what looks like a monkey or cat-like creature lying down in a cage with people talking frantically in the background. It's about two or three feet long I'd say, tops. The most striking part is that it has a very humanlike face. Even if it's fake, which it very well might be, it's still creepy.
