CIA jails in Europe 'confirmed'

Dick Marty, a Swiss senator, has been investigating CIA operations on behalf of the European human rights body.

In his new report, released on Friday, Mr Marty says secret CIA prisons "did exist in Europe from 2003 to 2005, in particular in Poland and Romania".

There seems to be no moral or legal penalty for circumventing the law. This was an obvious attempt to avoid those US laws that are in place to protect the individual from government abuse.

Look at how companies are allowed to avoid paying taxes, and to avoid mandated sanctions, by using 'dummy' corporations that are nothing more than a set of offices in some other nation.

Look at how popular offshore banking is, as a way to hide assets from taxation. Naturally, these things work to the benefit of those wealthy enough to practice them, while we serfs are not afforded such perks of life and plunder.
