At my job today my co-worker sitting next to me received a phonecall from a former client of his. I wasnt really listening to the convo but i did hear him say something concerning a religious experience, or something to that matter.

When he got off the phone he said "my client is out of his freaking mind, he just told me that he was filming a star and caught a supernatural event on the camera, he wouldnt tell me what it was but he hired a lawyer and told me that it is going to be all over fox new, nbc, cbs, etc."

He told my co-worker that they have to meet for coffee to discuss what happened, because he needs intelligent people on his side.

My co-worker really thinks this guy is crazy and wants nothing to do with it, i kindof brushed it off... but i am very curious what he caught on tape, so i told my co-worker that maybe we should sit down with him and just see what hes got.

I promise you guys i will work as hard as i can to obtain the video (if it even is in fact anything of substance). But this is really up to my co-worker who doesnt seem to have any interest in this.

Anyway, this happened in NY, it was filmed by a muslim man (i will keep his name to myself) and this guy was genuinly convinced he has seen something.
So, if anything, something comes up involving a muslim man from ny taping an object in the sky, you can be 100% certain it is a genuine video and not a hoax.

But once again, i will try my hardest to pursue this and get this video on this site!!

Seems quite interesting. I will keep watch on this topic as it may lead to some good information on ufos and may be some great footage

Get some information from your friend after his coffee meeting, pump him for some information hikix! lol

Seems interesting, sometimes when something happens like that, the photographer is REAL excited and needs to tell as many people as possible, partly to see if he/she is sane or not.

So a "supernatural event", and not necessarily a UFO then? Could be a shadow person or ghost or some such?

And not to be the official downer or anything, but how would we know it isn't a hoax? Maybe the Muslim guy is hoaxing it up and playing it off as the real deal. (Just questioning the "100% certain" aspect).

well i found out today that he is not willing to talk about it unless my co-worker meets him (which i plan on going with him). He described the event as supernatural, im not quite sure what he meant by that. But whatever he captured on video he hired a lawyer and is looking to copyright the video. Apparently he called my coworker last night and was overly excited on what he caught on tape.

I will continue to pursue and try my hardest to get a meeting out of him... but my coworker describes him as a wacko.

I promise you guys i will do my best to at the very least describe the video if i cannot obtain a copy... wish me luck.

Hopefully you can talk to your co-worker and get him to treat this issue with calm respect. With you along showing obvious serious concern that might help. I would think the photographer is in a very precarious state right now (unless it's bogus) and any kind of derision thrown his way will freak him. He's probably hyper-sensitive about it. Good luck.

Hikix if your co-worker thinks this guy is wacko could he be correct? I mean how much do you trust his judgement? There must be a reason why this person wants to speak only to him.Does he have an interest in such things at all?

hikix, you said he was filming a star. do you mean a star in the sky or one of them celebrity type stars?

if you don't mind my asking, what kind of work do you do that would put you in contact with clients who film stars?

muslim/jewish/atheist etc shouldn't matter. if he filmed a phenomena of some sort, supernatural or otherwise, it is still interesting.

Well we are mortgage brokers and he was a client that he tried to refinance with no success, so i think that may have possibly left a bitter taste in his mouth that he called up to tell him that he filmed something when he never gave him any business. My friend has no interest in UFO's or anything of the like, so its gonna be hard to convince him to set up a meeting with this guy. As far as being a wacko, most of our clients are a little wacky.

i am a mortgage broker, im 100% sure he wasnt filming a celeb and was filming a star. I really dont have too much info on this right now. the guy said he had some sort of religious experience (something to that matter) not too sure what he meant by that. Anyway, i said he was muslim because if you do happen to see on the news that a man with a muslim name filmed something it will most likely be genuine and i am giving the heads up

could he be a disgruntled client who couldn't get refinanced and wants some revenge? how often do people become good buddies with their mortgage broker? how many when the broker can't accomplish what was needed?

I have developed relationships with many of my clients, even to the point of being invited to certain events and being called for advice on issues totally unrelated to my position (prostitute. kidding, finance and accounting) and I still doubt if any of them would call me with something like this unless they were well aware of my involvement in the arena (to which I will add, I keep my kooky side a secret).

I'm not doubting you at all. I actually think there might be something to be wary of so stay safe when you meet this guy.

and lastly, what kind of god awful situation was he in that he couldn't get a refi? there's always a hard money lender waiting to smack down the 16% rate on guys with issues.

Why don't you offer to go in your co-worker's place? Your co-worker could say, "Look, Mohammed, I have to tell you I'm not really interested in this, but my co-worker, hikix, is quite interested in this sort of thing. Why don't I put you in touch with him. He's willing to meet you and he really takes this stuff seriously."

I guess supernatural could apply to UFOs, though when I think of supernatural I tend to think of ghosts, telepathy or other such things that do not have a physical presence.

Maybe he saw Allah and wants to copyright him. lol

Or it could it have been the elusive Flying Hippy?
