Great well done on finding the page with the vid on it, i'll try and translate the text.

Here is the translation - the only information about the videos are in the third passage, the rest of the text re-hashes old ufo cases and local aircompany and/or air force:

"After seeing the so-far classified material the chairman of Ufo Assosiation of Finland, architect and author Tapani Koivula says that similar, rod-like ufos has been seen other parts of the world. What is odd about the ufos filmed in Finland is that they retain their upright position despite the high speed and zig-zagging movement."

I would think German Disclosure would be very revealing. I wonder what the West Germans found in East Germany after re-unification as well. That would be a story in itself.

I don't really buy the "Rods" theory darting by the screen, how that can be attributed to a UFO sighting is beyond me but these FLIR images are a more likely candidate. Cigar shaped UFO's have been around for a long time but I have never seen on vertical before.

I believe they were referring to a cigar shaped UFO.. a cigar is a kind of 'rod' anyway.
