In a fraternity myself while in college, and now an alumni, i've done a lot of research on many societies, and have found a lot of similarities in ritual and symbol, but axp has got me stumped, im not looking for a written ritual, but "more information"

Perhaps you could be more specific about what exactly, in terms of their symbols, you are stumped about? It seems almost everything about their icons are Judeo-Christian (with a heavy emphasis on the Christian). The Labarum, the Chi-Rho, and the purple-red cross of sacrifice and crusader's sword.

Although it also looks like they use an Egyptian Pharaoh's staff in the crest.

many fraternities like my own, used to employ certain engravings of their beleifs in that format, ive collected a few, useually deveoloped by individual chapters in "the olden days", the crows were always very mystical to me, probably for no biig reason, ..... sig ep, sig nu, tke, theta, etc.........all similar and then some...

haha its funny to see all these fraternities listed on here that are at my (Rutgers) University. I'm most likely going to rush CROW in the fall.
