Seeing other dimensions

Contrary to my usual stance regarding the paranormal (if anyone has seen any posts of mine in this section) I do have a few paranormal beliefs:

When I was like 14 or so I had a kundalini experience and since then have been able to view auras. 6 yrs ago or so. I have spent many times in deep meditation, including being absorbed in the presence of the third eye, I believe it is also known as the ajna chakra. As well as my time studying ancient texts, whether it be the Bhagavad-gita, bible, or yoga sutras. I have also come in contact with Daoist high priests and those who have lived amongst the shamans. Who personally originated from North Korea. Upon the awakening I have seen white lights, had an out of body experience, auras, and visions, as well as....abnormal etheric creatures like ghosts etc..

I was wondering to anyone who studies meditation as to what the limits are of the third eye? Primarily it seems to be used for "vision beyond vision" or clairvoyance. I've also heard of it being associated with a gland having to do with either being the sender or recepient of telepathy. I've had a few experiences with that as well but nothing that can't be blown away as coincidence. So if anyone can lend me a hand or share their experiences with this specific chakra, ir would be most appreciated.

well, to add something to this post, I do often see things in the unseen.

i mean with that.

lightforms, shifts of light, something that flashes by, forms, eyes open, usually, it attracts attention to it, when I noticed, it shifts out of place and then I go, oh there is it again. or better, was.. wondering, still yet not knowing what these are, but I'm coming close!

it's like this layer, this dimension which is through all things, only recognisable in a specific state of mind. this zone one gets sucked in.

probably daily, I have such a 'meeting' with these kind of things. it's like i'm starting to see.

Ive been curious about this too....Ive been wanting to learn how to unlock these 'powers' or whatever people choose to call it.

I have a 'glitch'..where I get mental flashes of th spirits
I sense them first and then I get mental images of them and their appearances.
But lately Ive been experiencing new things....

I met this guy, he was a work colleague of my boyfriend..and as I kept looking at him, I got this mental image of a woman who told me (not too sure how) that he was being fake..and she hated the fact he wasnt being himself....but after that he went to walk off and I could see he had a invisible force field (thats the only way I can describe it) around him...I felt it kept everything out and only the near and dear to him inside.
He made me very uncomfortable when i sat beside him.

That night in this hotel (bar area) there was a spirit of an old man and woman whom were wondering around the pub..when this guy walked into them, his force field split them like you would if you sliced cigarette smoke with your finger...

Man I know this sounds crazy but these are the things I experience...

Im wondering if these all fall into the same category?

This is abit long, but trust me it does relate to your question...

Out of my personal experiences I have connected all of the chakras, and my honest opinion is that the mid brain is probably the more important focus. Although the third eye is enjoyable, like comeon we ALL want to see things, but once you start seeing the more horrible aspects you sorta want to shut it off.

From working on different people I have discovered that the different chakras open and close depending on the persons state of mind. This occurs mainly due to the "higher self" saving the body from causing itself undo pain and suffering. Once the hurtle has been passed, the body and mind and all that jazz is allowed access to that chakra again. Continuous meditation often clears the karmatic build up that will block your chakras, past lives will often surface and cause mischief as well, so once again constant meditation is key. To relapse on my topic of the mid brain, it is one of the three centers of your bodies energy. The mid brain allows you to connect to the higher existences... or realms or whatever name youve given it... the name doesnt matter. Then there is the heart, which is the focus of our compassion. If the heart is blocked due to a traumatic experience, that hasnt been released... then youve got a problem. The third center is your danten... pardon my spelling... its the one just in your belly. Between these centers you can attain "bliss" or "nirvana", once again the names dont matter. But a clean and constant flow of these centers basically can bring you the ultimate feeling of belonging in life, also helps keep that lovely cancer at bay.

Anyways to finally answer your question. The third eye doesnt really have limits as such... its a tool used by your being. Basically once youve cultivated those three centers i was talking about your vision literally becomes more precise. So what is being inputed into your third eye and thus your mind is pure... its not a bunch of spam so to speak. Think of your third eye as an internet line basically... everything is filtered through it. Anything is possible if you can imagine it basically. But if it helps your not crazy. If you werent bored to tears from this rant just rattle my chain for more info.

I agree the gut reaction or the navel chakra is the better brain.

I also see the shafts of light recently...like a slip in the dimension, another one at right angles to this...that shifts when you turn.

Lately its like I am living in a dream and LOTS of dejavu with a sense that the future is a reply.

Not sure why or how or what for but its kinda cool and un-nerving at the same time.

Your very right, the brain is a tool much as the third eye is, if we rely on the brain it often muddles the picture for us. But like I said if the three aspects dont work in tandem then your going to run into problems. Although I do agree that the "naval" chakra is one of the more important aspects, because of its ability to ground us... its like building a house without a foundation.

When one talks about chakras, I often wonder if there really is energy centers in the body. I wonder because according to subjective reality, the objective world as well as our bodies are (re)created in our minds. So when one says they have a 'gut feeling' do they really have a feeling in the gut or 'heartache' in the heart?
Or do we project our feelings onto our bodies (which are mapped out in the brain). Or does our mind exist throughout the whole body? So with this in mind, does chakras exist in the mind as well? As far as seeing other dimensions, I have had plenty of experiences in dreams and meditation that language and the current human vocabulary can't allow me to express myself.

Begin in the first center and work your way up.

Remember each center has its own set of chakras.

The most powerful being the heart.

Until this is fully opened it is only child's play.

I often noticed there is at least something in the stumach area,

something that binds forces; an energy centre.

I recall, japanese whom performe hara kiri (?) sword in the belly, putting this life force down.

one time, I had weird feelings, like a stone wheel that turns in my root chackra, like somethin' opens. and once in the heart chackra with mystical experiences.

I related it to chackra for it coulf fit this perspective perfectly.

Most people are stuck below the root chakra, the energy remains below it.
In order to move to the higher centers you have to first fully awaken the others otherwise it is just imagination.
If you are working with the premise that there are 7 basic chakras, then move through each seven centers within the seven. The root is no less majestic or spiritual than the highest.
Unlock the seven centers in the base and move up as they open and become fully balanced.
Remember the key is the breath.

Just remember if your going to access the higher chakras because your wishing to "experience" make sure you have a strong base... I have worked with to many people to see the same symptoms... a lifeless face and distant eyes... if you dont have a strong base you should not attempt to push for the higher chakras... let things happen as they need to... the harder you push the worse things can get for you... and this is talking from personal experience... yes the heart chakra is important... but if your energy is not balanced throughout the body then you will automatically see problems arrise... to much energy in the root chakra or naval or whatever you call it... will cause a craving for sex... to much in the head will make you go crazy... literally... just take it as a heads up *shrugs*

Just a couple of my thoughts about it. A lot of people in the world right now are starting to do and see things naturally because of the lift of "bad stuff" that has had us stuck in the third dimension. According to some things I have read.

The planets have aligned starting around 1988 in our favour to be able to regain lost abilities and DNA. It has to do with the Chakras and all of that stuff. The next progression for us is to the fourth dimension. I just wanted to add the planetary thing into the mix. The closer we get to 2012 the stronger it will get.

I believe the usage, both continuous and overusage, of computers, physical redirection of our focus on light emitting devices such as monitors and cell phones and the way our eyes (both physical and innner) are now re-adjusting to identify reality both as that of reflected light from natural source as well as that of light generated from computers....

To be concise, our beings are being retuned to understand reality differently. It would only stand to reason that our abilities or awareness will alter accordingly as we become more accustomed to the new input.

Dimensions might be explained as our perceptions being increased or augmented by the need to see millions of colors on a regular basis at great speeds rather than an infinite range of colors delivered to us in an organic, freely unfolding fashion called life.

Nicely put. I believe that a new dimension is appearing inside chaos, a dimension that bring us back to a amiotic state of being, when we where feotus and peaceful. I believe it is the hidden truth under the Illuminati Eye and the pyramid, that once everyone sees this dimension, they will work toward the good. Of course it implies a bit of brainwashing but, if this is for a better life expectancy, why not! I believe too that animals can react to this dimension. I develop the dimension by accident with weed resin on a white plastic (polymer) trash bag, and when I show the patterns that appeared to my angel fish, it charges it. You can see face-like and eye-like patterns on the stain it made.

Someone said being under the influence of the 3rd eye, the ajna chakra right. It dissolves your ego, hypnotises you a little and reveals great secrets.

Ajna is the sanskrit word of command.

i agree with the other poster..as of late.. i have been having more and more intuative dreams, deja vue and other various experiences. i don't meditate, and this is this most i've read reguarding chakras and stuff, but it is interesting to see others have seen a increase in abilites

Yeah, being sensitive to the 6th chakra is nice, but then I discovered why I was afraid of the dark. I've been clairsentient ever since I have been born, and now that I actually see things...

I could not agree more.

I've come across people who hear about the third eye and how 'cool' it would be to fully activate it. Seriously, don't, unlessyou know exactly what you are doing. It's not something that can be switched off if you don't like the results.

I'm not a huge supporter of the third eye being used in 'human' life as a spiritual step.

I mean no disrespect, but does the caterpillar try to fly before it has wings? What still surprises me is that some people seem to think the third eye is literally an extra eye that is used to see 'the other side', and is currently sealed off from use until it is activated.

In fact, every time you imagine something in your minds eye you are using your third eye. Every time an astral projector leaves their body they see with their minds eye in full 360 degree vision. The third eye is something every one of us uses to some extent, the same way that every one of us uses our heart chakra when we think of a loved one.

I'd compare the limits of the third eye to the limits of a normal pair of human eyes, and my answer would be simply that the the only limit is really just how much are you willing to go to the trouble to see?

I have started out studying, and recently adapting my view somewhat into a Daoist standpoint, just the problem many do not know is Dao is not known, and can never be written, so to many so called Daoist tend to make the same mistake over and over with out realizing, but knowing they are doing something wrong, but always attempting the wrong things.

Remember there is only so much you can learn though, there is a point where things just drop off the face of the earth, into the true unknown and unseen world, the way which only those who truely want to change into a true human being, down the extremly rough path that many sages have gone down. How explosive can the energy from your soul and heart become, to break from your false self, and push forward toward a humans true potential? Tats the only way to acheive the next level, once you are at that point where there is no one to help you, at least not directly (non physical?), and if you did find someone, you are very lucky, because people like that usually only teach one person at a time.

You must leave all pointless desires and temptations behind, completely. Those who have achieved the level of a lesser sage or higher, have no need for material or personal gain, you will never know of any in a life time. Only way probably possible is to get in connection with the cosmic conciousness. It's been said sages have a language of their own, and communicate with telepathic means, maybe if you can get in touch with that, you may be able to get in contact with some hidden masters.

The level of skill and dreadful test one must go through is so high though, I highly doubt with the distractions of your current life, you or anyone in here, and even myself will ever achieve such a level, its more then likely a few still exist in the world, only a few exist in every generation... doing their job on the higher level of reality, we would not understand, playing their part. One thing is important though, is to be so at peace and harmony with the way of Nature, only there you will find that time is much more then just the clock we have come so found with, time is different, outside of a city compared to the inner.

The task can only be easy, if we compare it to some other task that is more difficult. If there is nothing else to compare it with, the task cannot be rated in terms of difficulty.

Yeah it is a bit freaky at first isn't it...I've gotten used to sleeping with the lights off.

However, I still see things moving around at night so I just have to close my eyes. I guess you figured out what it was...

Or we could both have vivid imaginations, either way its pretty cool .
