Could Turkey cause more problems in Iraq

Seems like this might be the start of something very bad. Another country coming into Iraq on it's own accord. i can understand wanting to fight terrorist but a build up of tanks and men along the border with Kurdish part of Iraq. i can only see this getting worse than better.

I hope Turkey is successful because if this spills over to there country it might be a catalyst of future problems to come.
