tingling/noise in the back of my neck

I have tried asking my friends if they have experienced this but they all say no.. anyway every once in a while i get this tingly sensation on the back of my neck..the sensation is very dull but i hear a noise like stuff trickling down my neck..best example of the sound is a rainstick noise if you're familiar with that .that's exactly how it sounds but others around me don't hear it only i do .. i just want to know if anyone has had this or heard of it i have tried googling but the right stuff doesnt pop up for me. maybe im wording it wrong in the search . anyway yeah thanks.

I had this before, always like wtf then forget about it.
I'm going to guess fluid in the joints pushing around? I crack my neck sometimes maybe that causes it more.
