The War Scrolls

Since the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, this is the one that caught most of my attention. Do you guys think its actually Satan's written step-by-step plan to conquer the World?

It's basically an apocalyptic prophecy of a war between the Sons of Light and the Sons of Darkness. It describes the Sons of Light attacking the Sons of Dark in Edom, Moab, the sons of Ammon, the Amalekites, Philistia, and the Kittim of Asshur and those who "violated the covenant" including the sons of Levi, the sons of Judah, and the sons of Benjamin.

If Satan or a member of the 'Sons of Dark' wrote it, then they predicted their own fall in 7 Battles? It's long, but it kinda fits with the oncoming battle descriptions in the Book of Revelation.

It also seems anti-Chrisitian. There is the famed 'Pierced Text Messiah" section that some say supports the Jewish view of an unconquerable Messiah. But others say that it supports Isaiah's prophecy of Jesus in Chapter 11.

*From the War Scrolls -" Isaiah the prophet: [The thickets of the forest] will be cut down with an axe and Lebanon by a majestic one will fall. And there shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse the Branch of David and they will enter into judgement with [
] and the Prince of the Congregation, the Branch of David will kill him
by strokes and by wounds. And a Priest [of renown (?)] will command
the slain]of the Kittim".

But there are tons of descriptions. Some say the Jews wrote it around the time of Jesus and it was their view of Armageddon. Either way, its still a lot of action going on around in Jerusalem. Makes me wonder who the other countries will ally themselves with without knowing...

Is America or your country considered the Sons of Light, or the Sons of Dark?

Well..one thing is certain.The U.S.would certainly be involved with the defense of its ally israel.For direct u.s.intervention to take place though there would have to be a hell of a fire!i.e.a massive attack upon israel by many states.imho

Actually the peice of scroll about interpreting Isaiah is not from the War Scroll .
It is a piece alone.
It is not really from the Dead Sea Scrolls Cache but from Pharaisees cache near Engedi on the dead sea 15 miles south of the Scrolls ( the Scrolls speak of hatered to the pharaisees, so this piece written by the methodology of pharaisees has nothing to do with the writers of the dead sea scrolls who were the Essenes ( early christians The Jesusians((Essenes((ESAenes).
This peice was secretely intoduced as a dead sea scroll by th israelies to confuse the public that the essenes were pharaisees.
This peice of psaper is called the Floregillim for a good reason ( it was colored like Flouride because it was dug out from few feet from the Shore.
The essenes ( writers of the dead sea scrolls instructed that the dead sea shore is sinful not holy and burial sites should be 50 meters away. they also instructed that the scrolls or any holly scripture should be kept high in the mountains caves ( away from the shore)

The War scrolls clearly states that the enemy of the soldiers of Light ( the good guys) will fight the soldiers of darkness including in them the Breakers of the covenent ( that is the name the essenes and scrolls gave to the pharaisees!!!)
So the War scrolls (early christians) talks about the end time war with the antichrist ( who declares himself the son of god) backed by the jews.
