At first I was annoyed that the site administrators were promoting this obvious fantasy. Then I realized the "ATS Newsletter" and "editorial note" have nothing to do with the moderators. It's all this guys own work.

The question has been raised as to how this man could have known Clinton would be president one day.
Well, I do have a thought about that.

In the months that I've been helping my friend research the Masons, I have read a great deal about their stranglehold on the US govt. I even read a VERY long article by a newswriter about how Bush was a member of "Skull & Bones" as a college student, but that, unlike the other members, he was so unfocused and not taking it seriously that he never picked a new "name" for himself, which had been the custom for hundreds of years. Groups such as these are very influencial in dictating who becomes president. I mean... think about it, people. How else do you explain the legal loophole that allows a man to become president who did not get the most votes? They can't loose when they're holding all the cards (some of which are up their sleeves!)

That story-- the "affadavit"-- is non-sense.

It is obvious this is just attention seeking behavior by an unstable individual.

One of the guys in his unit was nicknamed "Mr.T" Heh..ok..I guess he was inspiration for the A-team that made it's debut 4 years later.

i got a news letter about this guy from this site. I was under the impression that someone read the thread first.

why would he post this, cause all this reply, and then not say anything in responce?

You know, im bored too, but that doesn't mean im going to go around messing with people.

Hey people, read his affidavit!

It's nonsense

I did this, on your recommendation. I'm not sure if I'm qualified enough to render it nonsense, but something doesn't seem right about the whole thing to me.

I'm not sure if this means anything or not, but further to your pointing out of the Clinton prediction; I found this (please forgive my crude and unsophisticated workmanship):

A product of the more relaxed security enjoyed in the 1970's, perhaps? It's probably nothing, but does this seem a bit strange to anyone else?

Hello All

I find it interesting that his domain is not registered with any of the registrars
at least the ones netcraft uses. His email proof is all jiberish if you notice all of the mail is addressed to webtv which I guess is no big deal unless you note the fact that he points out the viruses as harassment which is a real stretch if you are using webtv as I have not heard yet of a TV getting a virus.

as far as the FBI and Ashcroft go even if you are in the military you are not a federal agent. federal property , yes, federal employee , yes , federal agent No nada uhuh not how it works.

I am so tired of misinformation I think I will go ahead and call the FBI and see if they have heard from this guy and if not then I will go ahead and give them the info on his IP and so on and so forth and let them track him for real this time for impersonating a federal agent. (he deserves it)

If you are going to come forward with a claim like this then give some real info
not just crap like they tried to scare me off with a virus jeez and for the ATS mailer how did this story get there without investigation.

I have always enjoyed this site and reading theories but this is not even a theory just garbage.

Well sorry about the rant but now I am off to throw a toilet seat into the air snap a photo (look UFO) hopefully with any luck I will be in the @atsmailer later today or
early tomorrow..

Here is another photo of a D.O.D. ID card this guy is also a federal agent.

I've thought for a long time that the Dems and Rebublicans are working together at the expense of the American people. They know they can do whatever they want as long as they blind the majority of the American people with Hollywood, gay marriage and global warming.

I am skeptical about your story Tim, it seems to me your just another washed up hippie (woodstock shirt doesn't help your cause) and i can't help but wonder how you got into that form of government. Were you smokin pot and droppin hits of '___' in the same decade as planning the worst terrorist attack on US soil?

Also...was the use of a truck bomb ever discussed in 1975-76? like the first attack on the WTC in 1993? If not, who came up with that one? Mr. T?

Hmmmm.. Interesting... I'm afraid I'm not qualified to debunk this, provided it is bullocks... It will be interesting watching those of you who can, tear it apart line upon line though... Happy hunting

Grillfire

And did the study also include how to convince 19 Arab men, who don't like the United States, to cooperate with US authorities and commit suicide in this endevor?

Having been in the service myself, its pretty clear by the way you describe things that you are either lying about your involvement in the service, or that you are certifiably nuts.

First of all, it's enlisted men, not "Enlistedmen" as your website says, sergeants are also enlisted men, not a seperate class as your site implies. Service connected people tend to have a certain lingo that helps those of us who served weed out the tellers of tall tales. At no point do you state what your rank or MOS were and you have conveniently left off the first names of serveral of your unit mates.

Furthermore, you haven't explained why a field artillery unit would be given the task of analyzing and commenting on airline security. Artillery units are neither trained nor equipped for such a mission, while the Army (and other branches of the service) have units that are much more prepared for such a assignment.

Next, you describe yourself as a DOD Federal Agent. Hmmm. What part of DOD did you work for, IG's office, SecDef, Joint Chiefs, anybody??? You can't have been CID because you would have said so. Who was your boss? What office did you work in? What was the phone number and address of that office? Who else worked there? Do you have any family members that will corroborate your whereabouts during that time?

As far as John Ashcroft supporting your tale, show us a citation that includes a document, date, public appearance date, or anything that would let us know you didn't simply make it up.

Finally, your list of supporters doesn't seem to include a single comment in actual support of your comical tale.

Just what is going on here. Is this part of an actual ATS newsletter or not? I'm not subscribed, but I don't wnat to be duped by this. Why is there no comment from the admin. Skeptic, Simon, Springer, WOS?...

Just need a bit more info on this story in relation to ATS. I'm pretty confused as to the validity here.

Ron Paul will change the way things are done.

That would require that he first be elected to the presidency (moment of silence while we ponder his profound contributions in the congress..okay times up:@@
Given that his chances of winning the presidency, let alone even a single primary, are somewhere between a snowball's chances in hell and winning the Irish Sweepstakes, you might want to hedge your bets a little!

This began as a guest submission to the Newsletter Special Feature form. Many of our staff, including our newsletter editorial chief, William One Sac, reviewed the submission and felt it was interesting enough to publish and that it would certainly likely spark quality discussion.

We confirmed the authenticity of the submission, and asked that Mr. McNiven become a member so that he could respond to questions (we weren't going to publish an article of this nature unless he joined and availed himself to you). However, we understand his periods of access may be limited, and please be patient... not everyone can spend the amount of time online as a typical ATS member.

As to the content, AboveTopSecret.com holds no "official opinion" as to the integrity of the material other than we felt it has interesting historical value, has been covered in other "conspiracy venues," and the ability for our members to interact with Mr. McNiven would have immeasurable value.

On a personal note, I think it's refreshing (as well as important) to discuss 9/11-related issues that are potential precursors to 9/11/2001... even if the originating source causes skepticism.

I hope that helps.

Interesting information, perhaps it have some true to it, that's what conspiracies are all about.

As long as its a conspiracy he is harmless to the government.

And for people that think that we still elect our president just look what happen in 2000, we may go to the voting both and claim that we are making a difference but the truth is that for some time our two party elite pretty much choses who we are to vote for and who will be the winner.

Wake up America we are in trouble.

Thanks for the clarification, and I agree that the information have merits specially when ATS has been number one on the 9/11 conspiracy since the begining.

Any information should be of interest to the people that has faithfuly followed the 9/11 story and its development into the biggest conspiracy of all times.

We had a major hoax a year ago (or so) where the fella had WEBTV as his email. Webtv STINKS and can't send or get much at all. (My elderly parents have it .. I've used it... ) The hoax was called serpo or something like that. It was very big. Valhall destroyed it.
