Isn't it time for a viable 3rd party?
As we decend from a Great Republic into a doomed mobacracy/democracy it is clear the 2 main parties continue to head down the failed path of other attemps at pure democracies. I say attemps, because all pure democracies fail, quickly.

They are all fail because the mob votes for whoever offers the most to them from the state treasury. The one who promises to give away the most.. wins. This effect is called "Bread & Circus". Obviously, this is not sustainable long term.
A Constitutional Republic is self limiting, unlike the pure democracy.

This effect can be seen very clearly in the new immigration amnesty law. Both parties are falling over themselves to offer more benifits to the new immigrant vote. Bread & Circus for the immigrants.
Why would they fight so hard for 20 million votes while selling out thier core voters? Because they know you will keep voting for the 2 main parties no matter what they do. You are irrellevant. There is no point in spending time or money to win your vote. You will vote the party line, no matter what they do.

Less than 900,000 people voted 3rd party in the 2004 election. That's less than 0.3% of America. That is a sad fact. Dangerous to a vigorous Republic.

They know they have your vote. They own you. They will only spend time/money on "swing" voters. 20 million new swing voters means victory or defeat to them. The other 280 million sheep will do exactly what they did in the last election.

Next time, Vote 3rd party. Competition is good for America.
