Wierd UfO in Brasil

Just came across this really odd video of a UFO. (probably not a space ship but definetly unidentified)

I think it was filmed in Brasil, although the commentary here is in Turkish by the sounds of it. Best Fast forward it to 1:41 if your impatient.

At first I thought it looked like a bunch of birds, as some of the individual blobs have bird like movement going on. But the main lump appears to be too compact to be birds.

Whatever it is its well wierd.

What do you lot think?

yep your probably right with the ballons, the go up in that slow ballon like way plus parts of the video are cut out when it nearly gets sharper, thus raising suspicion.

Maybe some Portugese speakers can translate what folk are saying in the background, any here?

balloons. It's been on several times already, though I don't think we've ever had a translation. It becomes more obvious towars the end of the flick.
