Spider-Man 3 (Xbox 360)

I recently bought Spider-Man 3 for my beloved sexbox360 the other day. After reading some very bad reviews, I thought, "Sod it!" and decided to buy it because I'm a huge Spider-man fan and well, heck, it's only money!

On playing the game, I found that the reviews I read were very, very unfair. I think the game is worth atleast an 8 out of 10, as opposed to GameSpot's 6.6/10!

The camera is a little annoying in the game at times but I can deal with it and the game is abit difficult in places, but I'd rather play a challenging game than play a game that I can walk through without any trouble.

I haven't even seen Spider-Man 3 the movie yet (gotta wait 'til tomorrow, I'm afraid. Haven't had a bloody day off work in aaages!), can't wait to see it.

Anybody else played it? If so, what are your opinions?

I played it in a store about a week ago for two or three minutes. My younger sister was in town to visit, and we went down the mall to pick some things up for her. When we went into the store, they had it set up and I took a peak at it. When I'm with my sister, I tend to act like a four year old child on a chocolate binge, so we played the Spider-Man game for several minutes and then moved on.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, and could probably see me wanting to buy it. I won't buy it, but I did enjoy the game and would recommend it to others.

I tend to play a lot of Sports games rather than RPG. Right now I'm jumping back and forth between NHL 07 and NBA Live 07.

Waiting patiently for GTA.

haha i remember when you got spiderman 2 or was it the first one =S anyways for the Xbox and you loved it apart from the annoying angles =) haha
but yeah i love the black spidey outfit its well "goffik" lol
also venom is well cool!
not too fond of that sand person thingy.

I loved Spiderman 2 (and so does my son) but I held off on #3 cause of the reviews but I will now give it a try based on a real life person's review.

SM3 is a great game. I got it on the day of release!

The reviews are very unfair. The game isn't perfect but it's by no means a 6 out of 10. The fights are great, the stories are, the graphics are.

The only real problem is there's little replayability after completing it the 2nd time, and there's no extra costumes (besides the obvious red and black)
