This 'Monster' was allegedly washed up on the beach (not sure where). What do you guys think?

It is the carcass of a whale.

It could well be a whale. Must say i was a bit skeptical of it in the first place. Especially since it was posted on Pravda! (not the most reliable source on the net). It does look a bit strange though.

It looks like a very badly decomposed whale body to me too... Either sun blackened or maybe set on fire when it made beachfall. But so badly wrotted that even the Baleen has been washed away.

Reportedly this creature had 4 paws and long fur. Oh thats not like any whale on this planet. If the reports are true.

Yes, looks like a whale to me also.
Some type of baleen whale.
You can see the pleated underside (the whole thing is upside down)

And in a couple of pics, including pic 5, you can see the baleen structure.
The filtering plates it used to trap tiny plankton sized animals.

Athough the report does not state where the alleged 'creature' was washed up, we may be able to work it out for ourselves and determine whether its even possible that a whale could wash up there.

Firstly, all the people in the photos are wearing short sleeved shirts / t-shirts etc. this would imply a warm climate.

Secondly, the fact that there are no caucasian people in the photos would imply that it is not anywhere in Russia, Europe, USA, Asia, or Australasia.

Any other ideas / clues as to where this may be?

Carcass being discussed here where enough evidence has been provided to persuade everyone its a whale, namely a picture of a similar carcass which is known to be a whale.

Looks like a horribly tortured whale. I hate humans sometimes, sorry.
If I were an alien race visiting earth I would spend about 5 minutes studying human beings then the rest of eternity studying nature and its splendor. Earth is the most amazing place in the Galaxy.

Why they would have called it a monster is just more proof of the need for consciousness on this planet.

Turtle was my first hit too. If so where is the empathy? What is happening to our beautiful planet and the oceans which are 70% of both the seas and us. If this is happening more and more to the deepest sea animals, the wisest oldest on our planet, then what is to become of us? When will our armageddon begin, oh wait it already has we are just too ignorant to see it yet.

EDIT to say oops, I mean we are the same as the oceans, 70% water.

A strange sea monster was cast ashore in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. The partially decomposed monster has 4 paws, a tail and long fur. The scientists who examined the creature said that they had already seen such animals before, but they have no clue to their definition.

If not a whale carcass which is possible,
could be something released from the melting ice bergs.
Something that has been frozen for thousands of years
but due to the recent melting is now showing up.

I have no guess i can see it go either way, has some whale like properties
but the claims of fur and paws kind of put that out of the watter.

W
ill be interesting to see what comes of it.

It's a dead whale laying on it's back. I've seen this in person and can attest to it being a whale. And so can my brothers, as they have seen dead whales washed up on shore, too.

Long fur on whales?

Never heard that one before!

Ok, my gut is telling me to agree it's a whale, but I actually saw a giant Turtle without a shell.

And I agree antar, you've made a friend here.
Rather than pointing and naming it "monster" an intelligent race would study it and decide how it died, then we'd try to make sure we protected whatever species it was from whatever killed it (presumably Human in origin).

Instead, we'll pass this off as nothing and Japan will continue harpooning whales, our military will continue to set off sonic weapons and we'll continue to kill every other living thing in the quest for profit.
