Which 10 Commandments?

Yes Occum I see where you all are coming from but, while they where commands they were not however a whole new set of Commandments. God was setting up a Covenant that they were to follow when they got the land the Lord was giving them from the " ites ". Now God knew what these " ites " did.
He was saying to Moses, " These people are to do this if they are to be in covenant with Me. "
In Deuturonomy 5:6-21 those are the same as the ones in Exodus that were smashed.
