North Korea's admission last month that it had a uranium-enrichment programme was a calculated strategy of arm-twisting on Pyongyang's part, and part of a sophisticated game of psychological warfare that the regime is conducting, said North Korea's unofficial spokesman. 'The nuclear card is a potent weapon for bullying America to the negotiating table, to come to a peace agreement with North Korea on North Korea's terms,' said Dr Kim Myong Chol, dubbed the country's 'top spin doctor' by Newsweek magazine, in a telephone interview with The Straits Times.
