Hi peeps your help would be appreciated....

I have been trying (on and off) for about a year now to add an Avatar to my profile. I've read the posts relating to this and the help sections but i still can't get the bloody thing to work!

I've uploaded a picture to the uploads section of ATS but everytime I add the URL to the Avatar URL box in the Account Settings of the Member Center and click 'Submit' the damn thing dissappears and doesn't work!

Also, when i change my time offset to (GMT) Dublin etc. It changes to another offset when I click 'Submit'

Can anyone please help me!!!!!

About the avatar....

Are you sure it is a GIF or JPEG type of picture?

And are you sure it is not over 160 pixels wide, by 320 pixels tall in size?

Did you copy the entire link?

Those are just a couple things that would cause it not to work, so make sure it isn't any of those first.

Yeah, that happens to a lot of people, don't feel bad.

Looks good.

The time offset thing...that stays at GMT time, but the time on the boards changes to what I selected for me....so not to sure on that one, sorry.

For the the time to be in GMT, I have found that if you select GMT-1:00 Azores etc (in account settings), then click submit, it puts the time at normal GMT (London etc). It's a weird glitch but I hope that solves the problem for you.
